This review is for the website , but from I’ve heard the in person isn’t much better . I’m sure the people are nice . I had a problem with my federal tax return that H&R said they could help me with if I upgraded services for 70 dollars ,but instead of helping me they just gave me the run around so I had to start over and fix it myself wasting the 70 dollars . Then at the end they lumped more charges that I didn’t agree to total 135 dollars altogether .Do not use this service . Stick with what you have .

The tax professional was fine, they did the job well and answered any questions I had. However my appointment was supposed to be at 10am but I had to wait over 30 minutes for my professional to be ready. Kinda defeats the purpose of appointments, better time management is needed.
