Kevin is our go-to lender. He has always gone above and beyond for us. He was our lender on our first home and most recently, our second. The closing of our second home was disappointing and stressful. Long story short, things went downhill when we chose Kevin as our lender versus the preferred lender on our new build. Despite being told nobody has ever “beat” the preferred lender’s rate, Kevin did! Kevin also advocated for us when our builder tried to force unwarranted fees on us and even rush us to close without having done a final walk through - all things he didn’t have to do, but did. Kevin made a stressful situation, more bearable. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin and his team gave me the best rates and were able to close in a very short timetable of 15 days. They were very on top of everything every step of the way and answered any/all questions I had about the process and my options. I am thankful now that I have a lender that I will be going to for all future purchases.

From starting our pre-approval process to closing on our first house, Kevin was there every step of the way and made sure to educate us and answer any questions we had since we were so new to this.During escrow, Vicheka did a lot of coordination with us and was very responsive and professional. We had a fast close of 15 days so everything needed to be done in a timely manner. Kevin and Vicheka could not have made escrow any smoother. I am convinced they will be able to meet any close date seamlessly.If you want amazing customer service and competitive rates, Green Haven should be at the top of your list. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Kevin and his team went above and beyond. By working with Kevin, I was able to get the best rates and customer service. Many lenders/brokers I encountered were not familiar with the VA loan. However, Kevin was not only knowledgeable, but very proactive to ensure the process went smoothly. Kevin and his team worked fast and tirelessly behind the scenes. I was able to get conditional and final loan approval ahead of schedule, in addition to closing my new home without any issues.
