I came here to donate clothes. No one was there to take donations. After 10 min a guy came to receive donations and he was very rude and had unprofessional behavior. Very bad customer service on receiving donations.

Clean, organized, friendly service. Our favorite Goodwill in the area, by far.

The security guard working on July 12 at 12:30 was so incredibly rude. I just left my cart full of stuff and left. I was trying to figure out what was inside of a bag that was not labeled and had a very high price so I was trying to figure out what was inside of the bag when the security guard came up to me and begin yelling at me out of nowhere that I wasn’t allowed to open the bag. I understand store policies, but I really would like to know what I was purchasing before I paid for it which I think is pretty reasonable. I shop here pretty regularly and for someone to act so rude was pretty shocking to me.

This Goodwill location used to be decent with fair prices, but it has clearly gone downhill. I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience shopping there compelled me to do so. Today (7/3/24), shortly before closing time, I checked out after grabbing a few items. The cashier did not return my change and instead assumed I didn't want it, nor did he ask if I preferred to round up to the nearest dollar. When I asked about my change, he responded with, 'You really want your change back? Normally people don't care.' Typically, I do round up, but this time, I wasn't given the choice. When I insisted on my change because at this point I'm not pleased with his reply, he laughed at me and made a spectacle of it to others in line. This behavior is unacceptable; it's essentially stealing. Asking for my change is a matter of principle—it's my money. I won't be returning to this location.

This store is a BIG JOKE. My first time and it’ll definitely be my last. I was running some errands around the area and decided to stop by. I found a really nice outfit $59.99 (2 piece) for my son but wasn’t sure if it fix him so I asks the cashier about their return policy, she clearly says as long as you have the receipt and tag, they can do store credit, so I paid for the item and left. Sure enough it didn’t fix my son so I went back the next day to do a refund and was told by a lady there name Eva (supervisor) she said they stop doing refunds 2 months ago. So I ask her how about a store credit? She quickly responded no and this came directly from her general manager name Robert, matter of fact they just had this whole refund conversation with another customer 20 mins ago. I told her I got a refund done on a store credit at an another location about 3 weeks ago with no issue. It’s the same region so the policy should be no different. This Eva lady then had the nerd to tell me to go to that store maybe they’ll help me. She then acts dumb starting to ask the cashier next to her what is a store credit.? Is that a thing? is that possible.? Well, if she really doesn’t know what a store credit is then she shouldn’t be working as a supervisor yet alone in retail business, period. She proceeded to kept saying her general manager Robert is this, is that as if he own Goodwill. I asked to speak to him but she would not call him from the back to come talk to me. I called corporate, spoke to Leticia, was told with receipt in hand I can still get a store credit even on good soft items. Corporate took my info and said they’ll have a supervisor at the store call me at the end of business day - guess what no one ever call. The next day I went to my local store and got a store credit there with no questions ask. I was in and out in 3 mins. Thank you, Franklin location.! As for this Auburn location, SHAME on you guys making up your own policy’s and rules. Stay away from this place as far as possible. They will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. Zero star.!

An organized and clean place. Their prices are reasonable for used and new items. The toilet is not available for customers to use.
I recommend this place for customers once or twice a month

A good, clean, pleasant fashionable store. Clean, brand-new, high-quality clothes, even made of cotton, for up to $6 (although there is only one chemistry everywhere). Pleasant service, pleasant stay, no unpleasant smell here, as in other such stores. I bought myself some cotton blouses here, my body is thanking me now. I recommend
