There is always a line out the door regardless of what day. Looked at reviews and see the same complaint from so many other members. Golden 1's responses to these complaints are all the same, stating to use their online services (like it's all the customer's fault for showing up to their location). Contrary to their responses they don't care about your time because if they did they would staff during their peak business hours to at least have people wait in their building. They closed the Laguna location because there wasn't enough business there (at least that was their claim). Now this location is out of control because they seemingly never added staff to accomodate the closure. To be clear the tellers are typically quick and effienct, there's just not enough on staff when they need it. By the way, I took the time to write this review while in line because I clearly had plenty of time. Thanks Golden 1 for allowing me that I suppose, because clearly you don't value your member's time or your employee's. ?♂️

This place always has a line out the Door and have the same two ladies working as tellers. while everyone elde who works ther walks by and laughs at the people waiting in line with no regards to the long lines that have formed I've waited for an hour before. This is by far the worst experience I have every month.

Erika was very helpful in seeing that my transaction was finalized, without an appointment she took it upon herself to see that I was seen in the shortest amount of time waiting, which is appreciated. Even though the reason for my visit was not in her every day line of duties, she was very helpful and diligent. Thank you

I got there. I was in and out even though they had two tellers. They were very quick and efficient and a third one came up a little bit later

Longest lines!!! Only 1 teller! Manager will sit there at an empty desk and stare at the long line. NEVER HELP!!!

Golden 1 is infamous for being understaffed. They always have just 2 tellers at a time it is the most frustrating thing. There's a 3rd person running around not helping do anything. This is my experience at every location.
