Recently moved in as of 10/23 so far so good. Under new management & they are improving most of the things previous residents are complaining about. Gated apartments with visible security presence, Attentive when it comes to keeping apartments grounds clean & neighbors are quiet at night… ONLY complaint is most neighbors have a lot of mess on their patios which they have recently sent out notices regarding that too.

I'm very impressed with this place, every since the owners started coming around it has been a much better place to live. The new staff in the office and the maintenance team are amazing and are really getting everything in order. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a nice peaceful place to live

I waited 2 weeks after moving in so that I could give an honest review. Since moving in to the gold ridge apartments I noticed that staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and polite. It’s quiet at night and peaceful no loud noise or music. I’ve seen reviews previously for bugs I haven’t seen not one roach however maybe a few spiders. which can be solved with some spray.

I just moved in and really enjoying the spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Great central air and heat . Neighbors are friendly. Management is exceptionally great with taking care of any issues or concerns that may arise . Also shootout to maintenance team is very attentive and concerned with any maintenance issues that needs to be done.

DO NOT rent here! Don't even put in an application. Old bait and switch. I submitted application on Friday 10/20 for a downstairs unit specifically Apt 53. as advertised on their website. I even drove there found the empty apartment. Today Monday 10/23 I get a voicemail from Jenny. I called Gold Ridge Jenny hangs up on me and lets Nick answer when I call back. They give me the bogus are website has not been updated blah blah. I said alright just refund me application fee and deposit. They cannot refund money because it's non refundable fee. They wanted to put me in an upstairs unit but can't cuz of knee surgery and on crutches. Glad this occurred. Just proved the reviews on here are real. Management is horrible. And if a security guard is needed 6pm to 6am red flag. A lot of car break ins. Look else where peeps.

I have lived at GoldRidge for 2 years. I have had moments of being satisfied with how my issues or concerns have been handled, but %80 of the time it's unprofessional, unlawful, and a bit slumlord-ish! Monthly there's a whole new office staff that never has any information to refer to, regarding the tenant's situations. They seemed to be more concerned with planting flowers and changing the color of paint than they were with the safety of their tenants and tenants' personal belongings. Vehicles are broken into or stolen weekly. People's personal property is stolen from their patios and balconies. Management's response to this is, to report it to your renters insurance and don't leave stuff of value on your patios! Not so long ago management had brought in a 24hr. Security team and it was great! Security guards were walking around the property all night, Questioning suspicious behaviors and it was starting to feel like a safe place to live. Then, it stopped! We have one Security guard through the night who just sits in his car by the office all night. Now the crime has started up again! My neighbor has had her window busted out in her car 3 times in the past couple of months. Others here are being threatened, harassed and personal property damaged or stolen by other tenants. The police are here so much that they get irritated at you for having to come over the same issues time and time again. On a positive note; the pool area looks nice since management has added some plants and pool chairs!

Not happy here. I pray thing's get better. The management team is new and they've been very nice to me. But the apartments grounds and the tree roots, damaging the road and sidewalk is very bad. No access for wheelchair or walker's for the disabled tenants.

I don't live in these apartments full time but Las I travel a lot for work, but I had not been back in nearly a month, the place ain't looking half bad, it was a noticeable change from when I left and I think it deserves a shout out - still not perfect but not bad at all.

Just moved in a few months ago new management has been on site daily and seems to be improving the property each day. Have enjoyed the pool and is fairly quiet at night.

Lived here for 2 years, wouldn’t recommend it. Most people smoke and it comes in through the vents. Residents throw trash everywhere except the dumpster, constant yelling in the day and night . Our apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in, hair from previous owner was in the kitchen cabinets, the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. Last year our fridge broke and they delayed for a month in august , we didn’t have a fridge for a month and finally they took one from another unit after we bugged them, the management towed our car after letting us know it was okay to keep it in the parking, then they blamed it on the city ( after talking to the city they said they don’t do that on private properties). We went camping and while at camp got news my grandpa passed away and then came home to a $700 tow bill. That was the last straw for us. Entire management teams change every few months , that should tell you something . They also almost never put out the rent bill on time so ur usually paying past the first . There’s so much more but I think I’ve shared enough.
