When the time comes and you need a great lender, contact Fred. In fact, Fred would be a great referral for a friend or family member. On our most recent client in common, Fred made sure of having loan docs at title about a week ahead of the scheduled close. Our buyers were really impressed and not stressed. Amazing!

Fred was so informative and helpful during this whole home buying process.Fred suggested and assisted us on obtaining an Underwriter Approval, ASAP, in order to give us the head start/advantage by the time our agent had to communicate with the sellers agents which strengthened our bidding power.I called him our money guy throughout this whole process. He worked the numbers based on our finances and comfort levels. He found the best loans for us and consistently provided us visuals of comparisons amongst our choices and didnt hesistate to educate/inform us when we had questions.It was pleasure working with Fred. His knowledge was very reassuring to my husband and I.

If you need a loan agent for your home or someone to help refinancing your home loan, Fred is definitely your guy. He was able to lower the mortgage payment by 500.000!!! That is outstanding!!! And the best part of the process is that there is no middle man. You get results quickly. Great customer service from Fred and his team and if we do decide to buy a second home, we know who our agent will be again. Highly recommended!!!

I really liked Fred. As a first time homebuyer, I came into this knowing little to nothing about the home buying process, and Fred helped us every step of the way. He's very knowledgeable and transparent, as when he calculates how much you can afford he shows you the process, as well as how it all works. He even shows you your various loan options, some of which most people don't know they have. When we hit road bumps in the process (in my case, my ID was expired and the IRS wouldn't let me get online copies of my tax transcripts), Fred knew exactly what to do to see that we could still close on time! I would strongly recommend him for any first time homebuyers!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and were unclear of what to do and where to start. Our realtor set us up with Freddy and all of our concerns went out with the window. Freddy helped us every step of the way determine what we could qualify for and what we were comfortable with. If we were unclear on something, he helped us understand and was very patient with us. We were able to purchase our first home without any stress at all and even after closing on our house, Freddy has still made himself available to us to answer any questions we may have. Fred has been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of purchasing a home. I initially connected with him right before the shelter-in-place order and although there was some hesitation on my part due to the uncertainties in the world, I decided to go through with it and Fred definitely put my mind at ease by streamlining the process for me and helping to remove the stress out of the home buying process.

Fred is absolutely amazing. This is our second time using him and he doesn’t disappoint. He is very responsive and provides a quick turnaround. He just got us an amazing refi at the lowest rate with cash out and our monthly mortgage payment went down nearly $100!
