Ken Smalley is by far the hardest working Insurance Agent I have met. I had a very difficult property to insure in the Auburn area and prices were coming in far higher than I anticipated or budgeted. Without a reasonable price for insurance I would be unable to purchase this investment property. Ken worked on it and was able to provide a viable and reasonable solution. I requested a home owners rental property insurance quote on a Friday afternoon before Mother’s Day. Amanda had the quote back to me within an hour and then took the time to make some adjustments to it. I called back at 4:30 and Ken Smalley who picked up my call was very helpful. Amanda then called me back just a couple minutes later and already had the DocuSign agreement ready for me to sign as I needed the policy in place by close of Sunday night! Whew! They have a great team! I highly recommend.
