I like this Citibank branch in the Greenhaven-Pocket area. There is plenty of parking nearby. It has a drive-thru ATM. It's a smaller and older branch but nicely kept. Also, in a safe neighborhood. They had two tellers when I visited on Saturday morning. One financial adviser or manager in the customer service area. It's not too busy, and everyone that I have encountered is very friendly and professional.

Indian teller talks back she was incredibly rude and her manager never corrected her. Closed my account after coming here

This branch is unreliable. Closes at random several times a month. Just a note taped on the door. Frustrating.

Only one gentleman, his name is Andrew, worked busily and nicely with customers while 4 other female staff were chatting each other. I had to wait for Andrew about 45 minutes before he finished with his customer. I'm wondering what kind of services at this branch location have. Andrew is a hard working and polite gentleman. Those woman are so rude and careless to customers. if Citibank don't fix their staff' behaviors and attitudes, can Citibank survive strongly in future?

On Fri, 1.8.21, Greenhaven Branch employees were inside but the doors were locked. They didn’t answer the phone and there were 15 different signs taped to the front door that had an assortment of info including redirecting customers to other locations (e.g., Citibank on Alhambra Blvd). Please update your business hours on your website and clean up the messaging on your front door. Because the doors were locked, one couple tried the outdoor teller machine and the machine wasn’t working. I’m seriously considering closing my accounts and signing up with another bank.

Online hours says open 10a.m. Went to the bank only to find a sign 'temporarily close' with no explanation how long it will be close and when it will reopen and the reason for the closure. I am switching banks!!!

I have had exceptional service banking at this branch over ten years. Tellers are courteous, friendly, and professional, and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise.Senior staff are helpful, and Rick has been exceptional. Access is easy, knowledge of Citi policy and procedure strong, communication is excellent, and he goes way beyond normal expectations should any problems arise.
