Can't reach support by phone. It is not possible to contact a specialist in the application. There is also no email. All that remains is to go to the bank office. Very inconvenient service. Also, I am not happy with the monthly maintenance fees.

I'm incredibly grateful for Brian, a personal banker at the Alhambra branch in Sacramento. He helped me over the phone with total ease. Brian resolved my account needs with lightning speed. He made suggestions that worked. Thank you, Brian. You deserve a raise and a big Citibank bonus. As for the out of the country customer service agents servicing Citibank customers in the United States, they had absolutely made my life miserable with my account questions and assistance to get the simplest questions answered. It is absolutely unfreakingbelievable. A select few were absolutely useless and raised my stress levels off the charts. I will never use over the phone customer service again, even if it means I have to call the branch 20 times to get a hold of Brian or a personal banker in the United States that has common sense. Thanks so much. You're the best.

Worst most incompetent bank ever! Kept me on the phone for hours saying they could open a CD for me and fund it from another account I had . Turns out they could not, and I had to come in the next day and wait in person more! They also promised to contact me with an appointment and did not. I'm sick but they said I had to come in and wait. Really?

There are other credit cards. Most of them are better. I closed my card and they still charged me for auto pay for T-Mobile monthly charges. The money did not go to the T-Mobile.. How can the money vanish? Never again.

I have had Citibank for over 30 years, I always have great service, error a fixed quickly. When I had identity theft they handled everything.

Trying to contact someone is impossible even with a direct number. Can't even leave a message. Trying to open a living trust account a week ago. No responce no nothing. Going to another bank

This is my favorite branch of Citibank! Why the customer service is outstanding. I recently had some identity theft on my checking account and they were very quick and very efficient to get things straight and get me back up and going!

Tried to apply for a checking account where I would deposit $50,000 and they turned me down for why??? Apparently a credit score of 680 isn't good enough for them! This is a total scam them offering $700 for this kind of a deposit. Nothing but bad reviews of this disgusting worthless bank. Any good reviews are probably written by employees or stock holders. I would never open an account with these people and they should not be in business! Run don't walk from this foreign owned bank!
