I went to this Chase bench to make a deposit this morning. I've expected a long line as most of the Chase does. But I was surprised when I was there. The bank looks quiet. I parked my car and walked into the bank. I received an unexpected greeting from the security employee. I filled out the deposit slip, and a teller was available and waiting for me. He is very friendly as well. I have my deposit done in less than five minutes. I hope I'll have all my baking experience like today with all the banks. I was a happy guy when I walked out of the bank even though I had given them all my money! Lol

Not good! Went and the ATM was off line. Had to find another ATM and the second machine was being served so i went to a third ATM and finally was able to deposit checks! Als various ATM locations are not available 24 hrs. The one im referring about does not give door access till 8:00 am. It used to be open anytime with your ATM card but not anymore. I should move my checking and trust fund from here! And ask my family to do the same!

I have been with Chase for many years and I have had no problems. I want to shout out my guy Jose Villa. He helped me with opening my business bank account today and he was awesome. It was a smooth process, he got my accounts set-up and was very respectful. Thanks Jose! You rock.

I would not open an account with Chase. The worst customer service and they can care less about there clients. I had my wallet stolen and $800 charged on my card. Chase would not refund, and denied my case and never notified me. I found out looking at my account one day. It took Chase over a month to respond to any of my calls or emails. It pretty bad when their own banker is telling me how to sue the the company and who to call to report them and said that this is crazy for them to deny the claim for this amount. Closed my savings and going to close my checking once this is all figured out. Save your time and hassle, there are a lot of other banks that cares more about you and not the self’s.

Terrible neighbor to this community. Went to the ATM to withdraw money. Homeless loitering all over the property and next to the ATM.Chase is a harboring and creating a nuisance to the general public with a failure to supervise its property and potentially prevent foreseeable harm to its customers withdrawing money.

Went in to help my godson cash his check. There was a 5 to 7 minute wait. Once I got to the customer service representative everything went fast. Thanks for the help

The customer service has dramatically went down. No acknowledgement when entering and the nerve of the bank teller to want to argue about customer service and her nor being a manager first window to the left. Sadly I'll travel down to Arden before doing business on Truxel again.

Horrible customer service! They told my boyfriend that they couldn't cash his check that was a chase bank check because it was a "deposit only" check. They said he had to have a bank account to cash it, but when he asked to open one, they said they were "too busy". I looked up if a "deposit only" check was a real thing, and it's not. So they lied to him. Then they said that they would have a banker call him when they could help him open an account, and they never called. They treated him like he was a scammer and was trying to get money out of them. It was just a paycheck that's from wing stop and through chase bank!!!! Ridiculous!!!
