This bank does not even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service. When I opened my account earlier this year for my business they were all helpful. I walked in one day shortly after and not one teller greeted me. Three people sitting at their desks, not one had the common sense to ask me if I needed any help. I was the only customer in the branch by the way yet everyone was too busy to help. Recently I tried to link my account to set up an automatic ACH payment. The routing number did not take for some reason. CS talked down to me as though I dont know how to differentiate between an account number and routing number. I explained I know the difference between the 2 and started asking more detailed questions he did not know the answer to so he ended the call. Very unprofessional. I called the branch near me directly and talked to Mixtli Escobedo. I dont know what role he plays in the bank and I asked him for help with the same problem. He told me he reached out to CS and they would have to open a ticket and then he would get back to me in a few days since they did not know how to resolve the issue either. Well guess what! its been about 2 weeks and no one has bothered to follow up with me. Not anyone with customer service or the branch. No thanks to anyone associated with the bank, I figured out the issue myself and resolved the problem. Mr Escobedo, I hope your boss see's this review and you get reprimanded! The employees all seem to be one nationality so there may be something going on there. More training in customer service is needed. If your customers disappear, you will all be out of a job!!

Not a great bank. They need a serious training in customer service. Our company just closed the account with them.

I went to open up a checking account had over $2,000 on me. The lady told me to hold on. I waited over 15 minutes. She help the UPS man, when and to the back. No one tried to help me after that I felt like she was being racist and I was not comfortable after that so I left. And open up a checking account at a different bank who is more welcoming
