Horrible customer service for a return, the manager Nadia is seriously worthless and would be better suited away from the public. Bought car stereo and harness and wiring and face plate online through best buy but couldn't schedule me until 5 weeks later, their installers discovered unit had a bad connector but didn't have a replacement until at least a week and then I would have to do the whole scheduling thing all over again. I opted for a simple refund, but apparently their is a 15 day window to get a refund from a brick and mortar store??!! So now I have to deal with corporate and play with their wonderful automated phone system. Sorry I don't have the time to do business with best buy anymore.

I just left best buy to see how much to fix my computer or what my options were. I'm waiting at the geek squad area for about 15 mins. No one greeted me, no one tried to ask me what i needed. 2 men walked passed me and seen me in line and didnt say a thing. I walked out no wonder its always empty cause they lack in customer service

I don't know why anyone would buy a phone here. They don't let you test them out anymore, and returns cost $45. Better phones for half the price on eBay.

Went in to buy a tablet and a laptop for gifts. Took about 5 minutes for someone to ask if we needed help. We told her what we we're looking for and directed us with some options and made our buying experience more helpful.

Yesterday I bought a Sony PS5 controller for my son. When reached home my son opened the box and wanted to use it unfortunately it was faulty. Today I took it back for return or exchange but employees including supervisors and managers refused to exchange or refund. Well I took it to another branch I was refunded without any questions. The employees including supervisors and managers thinks they own the shop but they don’t. This branch don’t trust customers from my experience and are unprofessional. Please go and learn what is customer service and its importance. Supervisor Diana you dont own the shop you are just an employee. I will never do any business with this branch.

This Best Buy experience was marred by terrible customer service. I've interacted with managers, and unfortunately, their service was even worse. I would strongly advise avoiding this particular Best Buy location.
