Disappointing second time I came in and my online order wasn't ready. I have to call the staff to remind them about my order. The first time I let it slide as they claimed that they got tons of online orders. Today I came in and it wasn't ready. What's the point of having that option for in store pick up when hen it's not convenient for me.

This rating is strictly for Steph L. who normally works in the Crestview location. She was absolutely amazing. She greeted my daughter and I and immediately started showing us all of the best smelling fragrances. I didn't plan on buying much but everything she suggested I ended up purchasing! Super down to earth...she definitely should be managing her own location. Thanks Steph, hope to run into you soon. My house smells AWESOME!!!!!

Alina was extremely nice to me and other customers, she went above and beyond to help me find everything i was looking for, 10/10 customer service and quick checkout, i had a really good experience at this store.

Simply wanted to exchange 1 broken candle out of 6 that I originally purchased at Loehmanns plaza location ( no crate or candle day bag provided). But felt like the associate was acting weird about it and tried to give me a hard time . She had to “call” the manager to verify that I didn’t purposely break the candle or something like that… & next time I have to go back to loehmanns to exchange it?? it was very weird
