I'm an existing customer. went there on Friday, the next available appointment to open an account is Next Wednesday. The teller told me because they only have 2 person who open account. (We did not see anyone else waiting, there were barely customers there). Went to another nearby bank of America branch, they opened the account for me within 5 minutes (they only have 3 account opening officers)

Been a customer of BofA over 39 years and used to be a stockholder. This branch was a major disappointment. Went in to get assistance and was told we had to make an appointment or try another branch. When we asked if the could call a nearby branch as our calls to BofA were not being answered one of the staff told us to go online and make an appointment. They would not even bother to call another branch for two seniors. We promptly came home and changed two of our direct deposits and will remove more funds from this completely non customer friendly bank and branch. Customer service attitude and friendly attitude was non existent and yes this applies to the manager there who sternly told us she was too busy to help us with an urgent situation. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Provided driving instructions to this location for my elderly father after his decades-long branch closed on Fair Oaks Blvd. He had just gotten used to driving here, and now this one is closed. What is up with B of A?

Terrible branch. They seem to be closed more than they are open. Friday at 4pm before a three day weekend and you are closed! Tellers have no idea what they are doing. Oops I mean the one teller that they have working. Brought a check and a deposit slip of what account it should be deposited into and guess what they deposited in someone else's account. How do you do that? I gave you a deposit slip! Took five days to be the problem resolved.

Beware. This bank atm will take your money and Bank of Crap will not give your money back for more than a week. I put in 1k cash and the atm cancelled my transaction no receipt no transaction history record online... nothing. Bank of crap bs'd me and said it would be returned back in 48 hours. They did not own up to their word. And there was no communication from them to me. I had to call them for updates. F*** bank of crap. Do not bank here. I will be removing all my money from this bank.
