Had so many problems dealing with this bank had to call Bank of America they had to assign me a case manager they even told me their employees weren't doing what they were supposed

Most definitely felt like I was racially profiled here and would never go to this branch ever again. I feel like if you’re not of Asian decent they will treat you like you’re someone to be watched as if you were on Americas Most Wanted. Like I should never have to feel that way anywhere but nowadays I guess every person of color is a bad person which is how I felt here. So if you don’t have to do your business here I recommend not especially if you’re African American .

Under the Business section... I was in line before everyone on the other side (personal) and they helped everyone that was there before they decided to help me. Should you go by order... or why does the business section even exist.

I have been a B of A customer for years. In fact, I am supposed to be a "preferred" customer. My bank credit card recently expired, and I wasn't paying attention to the date, so I went to the bank, waited, and then was approached by a staff member. I explained that I needed to renew my CC, but instead of getting help, I was referred to a 1-800 number to call. Trip to the bank wasted. Next, I called said 1-800 number and was on hold in the range of 12 minutes or so just to speak with a customer service rep in addition to the time on the phone going through the process. I explained my situation and was told it would be a 7-10 day wait for the card. I told the rep. that I was hoping to put a summer vacation on the card and was told it would be rushed, and it would arrive on Wednesday (This was Monday), but I needed to be home and sign for it. Wednesday came, so I stayed home, which I rarely do. I got a note that stated said card would arrive that day by 7:00 pm. I waited 9:00 am to 7:00 pm - nothing. 10 hours wasted. The next day I got a message stating that I would get an update. Thursday came and went - nothing. I already had plans to be in Oakland Friday, but I got a message Friday morning stating the card would arrive that day. It did arrive, and my wife got it near the front door when she got home from work. There was no need to sign for it. In the meantime, the vacation I wanted to get had increased a few hundred dollars, so I put it off until the following week. As a B of A customer for so many years, that waste of time and poor (understatement) quality customer service is unappreciated. Being professionally employed, having my time wasted is unacceptable. My Yelp review was prompted today when the teller was trying to push a new credit card, and I was just so fed up with the last experience. Guess what? People might get new services if and when they receive decent customer service in the first place. This, in addition to regularly referring clients to the outside ATM where someone once got my number and tried to make a withdrawal. This in addition to the anonymity of the B of A experience unless your name pops up on a computer screen. And so it goes.

Not sure why even make an appointment? I came in at 340 (they close at 5) to make a wire transfer. They told me to wait a second and I waited a while for a gentleman to come back and tell me they can’t help me because they’re in the middle of closing their wire transfer system even though it’s not closing time. They told me to schedule an appointment for the following day and I did so. I made an appointment at 9am the following day. I get here at 0850 hours and I get in line (they open at 9). Once inside I spoke to a gentleman told him I had an appointment at 9 and he said to sit down. So I proceed to sit down and not be helped. I see employee in the back standing around just chit chatting. I eventually got helped about 15 minutes later. Next time I’ll just walk in then make an appointment.

Its annoying I can't even deposit money into my bank at this location in there atm without there security guard hiding behind a truck watching me. Very unprofessional. This literally just happened 2 mins ago.

Needs more staff it’s ridiculous how they only have one teller and all them goof balls in the offices doing nothing. You’d think they’d be bankers as well and see that it’s getting busy and take over one of the teller windows but guess common sense don’t work here either as a manager

Business clients line is always closed and always short of staff to serve business clients they get treated as a regular customer if I could avoid coming at this location as a business client I would do it at any cost - not recommended for business owners as a client coming at this location

Long waits, like most banks.Nothing special here.Slightly below average.Shame on Bank of America.Mainly feel sorry for the employees who are under served like myself when I come here.

Needs to hire more staff. There was only one teller helping people. Don’t come here unless you want to waste an hour waiting in line. Two people were in the back doing nothing.

Employees make parking inconvenient. On teller many customers. Locked side doors poorly marked. Pass on this one.
