I’ve had bad experiences at BofA in the past. They have given me good reason to distrust their business practices, but, in all fairness, that was 15 years ago. This review is based on my last visit, on behalf of my sister. She is in a bit of a predicament that, frankly, sounds like a story that a delinquent would come up with if they found a wallet and decided they would try their hand at ID theft (which I would have failed ?). I’M just happy because, had the roles been reversed, I’m not sure if I could have gotten through the whole thing without thinking, or looking like I was thinking that maybe this person wasn’t on the up&up.

This is the reason I do not bank at the B of A. My wife does and that's why I came here. Lack of staff is a problem. There were nine windows and TWO tellers. Both were handling seemingly LONG Transactions. Then on the left had a visitor talking to her for a while - which made it take that much longer. There were seven people in line. By the time I got to the window, they opened another window, but by then it was too late - the line was gone. The teller was very nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. But the overall service was very bad due to the lack of staff and failure to pay attention to the clients.

Super upset with my service today I came in on Wednesday at 11:50 there was a woman at the counter with an accent & dark hair my bank account has gone unresolved for about a month now for fraudulent activities. I have nowhere else to cash my check so I've been going there with the last two checks I had so when I went today to cash my third check, she refused to service me telling me that it was because my account was negative. Then I proceeded to try to tell her that I knew it was negative because of the fraudulent activity, and this was the only way I could cash my check and that you guys have done it for me twice before and that she could see that on her side but she still wouldn't hear me out and proceeded to tell me the same thing. super frustrating and she had an attitude and said next before i even left the window on top of that i waited in line for 20 mins no joke. And it was a Bank of America check so regardless, I should've been able to cash it.

I've been here twice in the last several weeks to do bank services with this branch. Horrible experience. The lack of staff and support at this branch is ridiculous for the customers. I don't know why they're keeping this one open.

I found a job working at home and the so called boss sent me a check to purchase the product that I needed to start work , so I took the check to this bank to open an account , not knowing if the check was good or not and the people who work in the bank are suppose to let you know that if the check is good or not, the fat ### manager that worked there red tagged or red flagged my name , I can't open an account in any bank , that's how 1 person can ruin someones life , I went in the bank with my mother , who would take their family to a bank with a fake check ,, she ruined my life ,, I request to the bank to please remove the my name from the red flag list
