Went in to inquire about getting my taxes filed and their services. After checking out a few other places, I decided to get my taxes done here as the man who I spoke with was knowledgeable, serious about getting everything right for me, and courteous. Overall 5 stars because my taxes were done quicker than previous places I've been, reasonably priced, and got a good refund from the IRS.

Don't come here to get your taxes done. They'll screw up your taxes and you'll end up paying in more. They'll defer your payment and not tell you and then you'll get audit. You'll try to reach them by phone and email and you'll be s*** out of luck trying to reach them. They'll sit inside and shut off their lights and pretend they aren't open. You'll have to come to the office and knock on their door to get an answer. You ask him why he didn't tell you and he'll sit there with no answers!!! Worst place to get your taxes done and they'll charge you a lot to screw up your taxes! Stay away at all cost!

This is a super late review. Got my taxes filed here in 2018. I was extremely happy with the service and how quick the process was at the time. The man who helped me was extremely friendly and worked FAST. However, I ended up getting a huge chunk of my taxes withheld for almost half a year and I ended up having to fax a ton of paperwork that I already provided to the man while he was filing for me in the first place. Yes, the speed is impressive and all but not when it means you're going to be sloppy and mess up the one job you're paid to do. I should of just filed myself like I always have. Needless to say, turbo tax did a great job once again this year and it didn't cost me a dime.

This place is rude af . I just called to ask a question for a friend , the lady who works there hung up my call . I've been filing tax here for 2 years and this is how you treat your customers ? Hahaha good luck in your business

this place screwed me over big time. I end up having to pay the IRS more than $5k because of the lady working there don't know how to file taxes. Her husband is a little better doing things right but slow on getting things done on time. I wouldn't recommend going to this place. Now im screwed with the IRS.
