Worst customer service I experienced. The employee asked me to wait while he was putting some sodas away and then asked me. How can I help you and then he started to take out chickens out of the oven and then asked me to wait again. I was the only customer with a delivery guy.

the salesman helps me choose a product, but he didn’t offer me refills on my hot dog, and my card doesn’t work in this store, I had to use cash

I purchased items then asked the cashier if I could use the restroom. He replied "there is someone in there uhh it's broken". If you're going to lie, at least be consistent.

The customer service is always off the hook here and the pizza is hot and fresh you can get a big whole pizza hot and fresh with lots of sauce and they have variety best place if you have a lot of kids that u need to feed for super cheap also you can buy there pizza with food stamps and they also let you buy fresh hot wings to perfect for the kids on a school night on a budget the parking is great and they have wheelchair access readily available lots of drink options to thanks 711!

My son was treated unfairly and unkind he is disabled and asked to buy a hot pizza and the cashier said sorry I already charged you for the cold one. my son did not even have the cold one in his hand. He pointed to the hot pizza and was force to buy one from the freezer. What the heck is up with that?? This is how disabled people are treated and bullied all the time. Not okay!! I explainled my son next time don't pay just walk out.

It's very good store. In the morning I really like to buy and eat a piece of soft, juicy, delicious pizza, or the same delicious soft chicken leg on the left, or on the left of the car stop. Very tasty. There are all the little things that you need on the go. Thank you sellers. May this shop always be, bless the polite, skillful sellers, Lord God.

I've been a client of this store more than 2 years. I've never meet so amazing customer service as here! Mike and Austin are amazing! They're very polite and pay attention to customer's needs always. Ever if I'm staying in the line I see how patient they to everyone and try to help each person. Also, this place is always clean, seems like you guys never tired and have a lot of energy to so many things in one time as cleaning and selling. Thank you!

Ever since they got new workers who don’t understand English well and make you repeat your self numerous time even if you point directly at the hot food item they still charge me extra or wrong item and expect you to pay for it, I gave three chances to see if they can get the hang of thier job but it’s the same every time , a 2 min transaction becomes 15 min. I do hope they get it together. Since it’s the only 7 eleven near my workplace that I go to almost every other day.
