Great and friendly service. My husband and I needed a jump and we needed a new battery. Tow came and jumped the car. They had the battery in stock and installed it in about an hour. Thankful I didn’t have to go down the hill. Wonderful service.

Don's Auto was fabulous! We needed a tow from just below Running Springs on our way to Big Bear. Will, our driver could not have been nicer and more professional. The crew at Don's worked so hard to help us on our way to our vacation, and found a great solution. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Don's!!

After a difficult situation with my car being toad. And dealing with insurance. The crew at Dons made the experience a lot less painful with their sensitivity,Niceness and professionalism. This is a solid business ran by good people. highly recommended.

I had clients stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire in the middle of a rain storm, Dons went out to find them to make sure they were safe and took care of them quickly and efficiently. Their insurance called a tow company from 90 minutes away which we had to cancel, thank you Dons Auto for going above and beyond, and for your kindness!

Poor customer service, especially if your a AAA customer
I called them at 2:00 PM they continue to extend the time till 6;00 PM than cancel our service request
Dons Auto left me stranded over nigh which caused me to get a citation

This place is horrible! They has me waiting for over 3 hours on the side of the road. Then when Bill showed up he acted like he didn't want to tow my car down the mountain. Bill told me that he was going to put my car on the truck. So I figured we could just meet him down the mountain at the shop we agreed on.When I got down the mountain I got a call from Wendy telling me that they weren't going to tow my car because the driver didn't have my keys.There wasn't any reason the driver would need my keys. My cars stick so it doesn't need to be turned on to go into gear.Also the driver could of called me before I was down the mountain to ask me for the keys but he didn't!This place is horrible an I wouldn't recommend them at all.Because of them my car was left on the side of the road unlocked with all my work tools inside. Now I'm missing my $500 vacuum thanks to this place!How could you do a woman all alone in the mountains that way??

After fifteen years, I finally did it: locked my keys in the trunk of my 2008 BMW in Lake Arrowhead, an hour and twenty minutes away from the spare key at my house in Pasadena. Sebastian from Don's tried every trick in the book to unlock it, and even called a few other people, including a local locksmith, to see if anyone else could come up with a suggestion. We were finally able to get ahold of BMW in Riverside and were told that because of the age of the vehicle they couldn't send a remote signal to open the doors and the only option would be to tow it to their dealership or back to a dealer in Pasadena. I called my saintlike wife, who heroically cancelled a hair color appointment to drive from Pasadena with the extra key, and Sebastian felt almost as bad as I did. He could not have tried harder or been more sympathetic. It was greatly appreciated.

Stole 900. Bucks from me.My supposed new Subaru fuel pump was never done. Car broke down again the next day. AAA did nothing to help. Both are now on my eternal payback list.
