Bad service! Charged me wrong with higher amount and charged again with correct amount! Boss blamed on employee for making the mistake, but not solving the problem. The boss lady said she will refund me through my credit card but never have done it. Bad service! Unprofessional!

Unethical business, after my mom moved and switched to a new pharmacy they still refilled my mom’s prescription without permission and refused to cancel it. My mom used to get refill every 3 months but they changed to every 2 months just to make more copay. In addition, staff is not nice to deal with. Stay away and just to CVS or rite aid on the other side.

Excellent service and friendly environment. I have insurance problem, but manager took care of it. Also, she explained about insurance very well after that i don't have any problems with my insurance or any assumptions. I'm so glad to say go to this place.

Did not know what a kidney filter was. When special ordered, I was charged 3 times the price I found on Amazon with the same one day delivery window.

Called ahead of time and ask if I need an appointment for my kid to revive flu vaccine and staff said just come. And after we drove 20 mins to arrive, we were told they don’t offer flu vaccine to kids at all ?!

Not courteous nor polite. When it comes to durable medical equipment they are always giving you the runaround telling you to call back, and they show very little interest in helping you.

Terrible service no good informations for covid vaccine. They took down my contact informations and said they would call me back with appointment within two days. They never called back. I called back, they tells me they too busy and that is why they couldnt. If so, then why tells me two days to call me back. Dont trust them anymore.

Beware of false promises...This site claimed to give Covid-19 vaccinations. I called and they took down my name and phone number as they said they would call when my turn was ready within 1 - 2 days. After 3 days I called to find out when my turn was coming up, then they told me they didn't know when because they have too many calls. In the meantime- I went with a different medical provider and got the shot the same day. By the way it has been 2 weeks now- still no call back from this pharmacy.

Came here since they were one of few places that offered the JNJ vaccine for priority tier. Called by phone and made an appt. They said I could come in same week and called me a day later to confirm. Very quickly got the shot once I got there and did not wait more than 30min

We got our COVID vaccine here and the entire staff was helpful and kind. It seems very busy to need to schedule everyone, but they did a great job. Thank you for protecting our community!

Long story short, make sure you have a few hours to waste and be prepare to pay for your prescription with cash if your wanted it filled. I went to fill a prescription for my dad and was told that nothing was faxed over from the doctor. I would have to pay for it in CASH if I wanted it filled. I followed up with the doctor office and was informed that a prescription was faxed over during the end of March. I requested for another prescription to be faxed over. Return back to Nogales Pharmacy and waited 10 minutes before I could speak to someone then asked to wait. After another 30 minute wait, the Pharmacist confirmed they received the prescription and ask me to wait again. Another 30 minutes have past and the crowd have left, one of the staff informed that they could not fill the prescription because my dad does NOT fill his other medication there.

I was calling to see if they carried Karman wheelchair accessories since their location is very close to Karman corp office. Whoever picked up the phone has language barrier and put me on hold. He never come back to give me the answer. I had to call again and got transferred 3x before finally got an answer. Not recommended.
