My first experience at this place consisted of the workers cussing my friend and I out after choosing not to buy certain hair products due to the price. I do not recommend going here because of the way we were treated. They did not wait for us to leave the store when they said what was said which shows the professionalism portrayed. The workers assuming we didn’t understand the language being spoken should be retaught on how to treat customers fairly or in a better manner if they want to keep bringing business.“Edited”This isn’t apparently the first time because their yelp page was also removed since they “closed down apparently. Other customers say the workers followed them in store making them uncomfortable or being on the phones ignoring those ready to make purchases, including refusal to assist via phone calls to the shop or information given about certain beauty products if asked especially when acting clueless about certain products. I do not recommend anyone coming to this store.

We entered 8:30pm but got kicked out by cashier saying that they were closed already. We saw on the sign that on Saturdays they close 9:30pm. Very confused..

Went last night to look around while me and my boyfriend waited for our food. The cashier was on her phone texting when we came in but as soon as she realized we were inside she (kid you not) RAN to stand by us and watch us while we browsed. We greeted her because we were uncomfortable af and no response. We then went to the middle as I had already noticed her annoying presence watching our every move. She continued to follow us around. Come here if you like to be watched as you shop around. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Would never come to shop at a place like this.

Despite saying closed, this place is actually open and should be updated. They're located inside YES plaza in Rowland Heights and is a great little k beauty store. They carry various brands and although they don't have a gigantic selection, the items they have are popular ones and very choice products. Came here specifically looking for Innisfree face wash and their staff was so helpful and found the product for us quickly and professionally. Very happy with this place.

Do you like being completely stalked when you shop? Do you like messy and unorganized shelves? Do you like being treated like a criminal when you enter a store? Then LACA Beauty Shop is for you! Being followed around a store while shopping is nothing new to me, but today truly took the cake! When I entered LACA, the young girl attending the shop greeted me and then IMMEDIATELY followed me around at every turn. She didn't ask me if I needed assistance, she didn't ask if I was looking for anything in particular, she was followed me and stood within inches of me while I browsed. I came to LACA because they carry a lot of harder to find and lesser known cosmetic brands from Asia, but sadly the completely unorganized cosmetic shelves and the horrific and stalkerish behaviour of the shop staff has completely turned me off of ever coming back. Two stars for the selection of harder to find products, but overall this was an infuriating experience. LACA, I hope you learn how to treat customers in the future. Kindness goes a long way!

They follow you everywhere you go. I walked in (first time) but already knew what I need. I wanted to walk around and see what else they offer. But the two girls keep following me and my friend. So I just went ahead and pay for the items I already knew what I want. If they didn't follow us so closely around, probably I would've spend more $$ there.

BEWARE! ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND! I told the girl that works there I need a moisturizer because my skin is REALLY DRY. She didn't understand because she sold me a moisturizer for OILY SKIN. Now I did use the tester and it seemed good at the time because let's face it, I'm not gonna stand there for an hr to find out that it doesn't work. I went back 1.5 days later (today; was bought on 4/11) and I tried calling them at least 5 times because I don't live in the area, to find out if they did refunds or exchanges. NO ANSWER. So I thought they may at least do an exchange on an UN-OPEN item. NOPE. I live about 35 min away. Waste of gas and money. Now I have to find someone who would be willing to buy this moisturizer. My gripe is that they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Had she answered and told me they don't do refunds or exchanges I'd have been ok because at least I'm not wasting my time and money. If you're going to work there have an understanding of the language I'm speaking. I don't think she understood anything I was saying, because she sold me something the complete opposite. I expect the workers at the store to know what they're selling. I'm trusting them with that much.

Wow I think I found a new favorite beauty store!! right when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly person that was working there. She was very informative and showed me a lot of products and gave me very good deals on all of them. Can't wait to try out the products hehe

Walked in here because I was looking for the 3CE lip tint and they didn't have it unfortunately so I Got a face masks instead! When I walked in the cutest dog was walking around the store it haha !Great customer service from Katherine she was very knowledgeable and sweet even gave us an extra 15% off total. I would definitely come back here just for the customer service!

Customer service was the worst I'd ever experienced here. How'd this place even manage almost 5 stars?! My boyfriend and I were waiting for our Tastea drinks tonight around 9PM, so we decided to walk around to explore the adjacent stores. I love Korean face/ beauty products (I am assuming this is also a Korean beauty establishment) and I'm currently really into a Fresh and More moisturizer cream that does wonders! I've been purchasing this online and was hopeful they'd carry this moisturizer here. As soon as we both walked in, I noticed the employee standing at the cashier glued to her phone. She didn't look up or greet us until we were 2 feet away. I proceeded to ask her if she carried this cream but before I could complete my sentence I stopped and stared at her. She had the audacity to put her finger up to sign at me "one second," while she was STILL TEXTING. I ended up walking away and that was when she came back to Earth and asked me what my question was. I still walked out the store. DO YOUR JOB LADY or go home!

Stopped by today to purchase some Asian products. The sales woman in there was very nice and helpful. I purchased a variety of face masks and other skin care products. I spent over $50 and this, also received a free gift. Neat little place.
