If you speak English and needs professional service. This is not the bank for you. EWB is a community bank catering primarily to ethnic Chinese speaking immigrants. Evident by their low Yelp rating, they have no idea what mainstream professional bank provide. They tend to have their own obtuse rules that may be acceptable in a foreign country or a new immigrant may willing to tolerate because of the language barrier. But, such practice is not ethical, borderline illegal, and not not tolerable.

This is a very unprofessional branch. East West Bank has the worse customer services. Trust me I would never bank with them if not for my Mom who doesn't speaking good English.

WORST BANK EVER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , ONE LADY IN PARTICULAR. THIS LADY WOULD NOT ACCEPT PASSPORT US PASSPORT AS ID JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T SIGN IT..... ON TOP OF THAT SHE SAID SHE NEEDED MY ADDRESS ... ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PULL MONEY OUT BECAUSE THE ATM HAS LIMIT OF 320 AND I NEEDED 450. THE LADY INSTEAD OF HELPING ME SHE WAS LOOKING FOR REASON TO DENY... MISERABLE LADY TRYING TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE'S LIFE HARDER... JUST BECAUSE IT WASN'T SIGNED.... I COULD HAVE EASILY JUST SIGNED IT AND WENT TO A DIFFERENT BANK... WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF I SIGNED MY PASSPORT OR NOT. IT HAS MY PICTURE ON IT SHOWING ITS ME.... DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. 0 STARS .LADY IS MEXICAN OLDER WOMEN WITH SMALL VOICE BUT WILL TRY N RUIN YOUR DAY
