Serious Concerns Regarding Recent Transaction at Triple Crown Auto Sales
I am not only disappointed but disturbed regarding a recent transaction that occurred at Triple Crown Auto Sales in Roseville involving my father, who is currently facing significant health challenges.
My father, who is 70 years old and suffering from mental health issues along with stage 4 cancer, recently visited Triple Crown Auto Sales in this vulnerable state. Despite his condition, he was sold a 2010 Honda Accord with 116,000 miles for almost $10,995, along with an additional warranty, after trading in his 2008 Toyota Corolla, which had only 70,000 miles, for a mere $3,000. This resulted in a total expenditure of $12,041.83, a substantial portion of his savings critical for his ongoing medical expenses and life necessities.
Upon learning of this transaction, the next day I visited Triple Crown Auto Sales in hopes of resolving the issue amicably, given the circumstances. However, I was informed by the manager, Tony, at the Folsom location that your company adheres strictly to a policy that precludes any cooling-off period for such transactions. Despite presenting clear physical and documented evidence of my father's health history and the distressing impact of this transaction on his well-being, both Tony and the owner declined any reconsideration or accommodation for their actions.
The entire sales process, which reportedly lasted a mere 15 minutes, has had profound consequences for my father, who is now burdened not only with a vehicle that exhibits mechanical issues but also with severe financial strain on not only him but his family. The insensitivity displayed by your establishment towards my father's vulnerable state raises serious ethical concerns, whether construed as financial exploitation, elder abuse, or simply poor business practice.
I write this warn any future and present costumers of Triple Crown Sales. They practice horrible moral business methods as displayed on my father. I end this with pure disappointment in Triple Crown Auto Sales and their poor consideration for the event that took place.

Cheap dealership, cheap cars, cheap people. Drove nearly 3 hours from SF to Roseville to pick up a 2006 Toyota Avalon limited as daily to replace my 20 Mustang GTPP1. Long story short. You can test drive the car you want without them being in the car for as long as you want which is a huge plus. No sleezy salesman pitch just straight to the point. Now if you are a beginner in buying used cars you need to set an extra $3000 of maintenance money to fix the car up. I’m talking about everything. Battery, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, timing chain/ belt, suspension, brakes, tires, oil change, coolant flush etc. Don’t believe anything they say. Fix it soon as you drive it off the block. These cars are banged up, no carfax & dirty. They don’t even clean the car when you buy it. Also car I bought was on empty I asked if they can fill it up, Tony gave me a $15 chevron gas card ?This dealership is hella funny. Again this is a spot for cheap people, for cheap cars. I will be buying from them again that’s a fact just solely of the cheap dope cars they got. If you got $40,000 buy yourself 3-4 cars here. Better than buying new. Trust. For all the people that say this spot is a scam, please do yourself a favor & bring a mechanic so they can help inspect the car for you. This place is 3/5. Want a car without breaking the bank. This is the spot. PS: The car you see posted didn’t look like this when I got it. Car needed maintenance & cleaning now she running real smooth. Thanks for the joog Triple.

March 19th bought exactly the car I was looking for from Alex at the Folsom location. Driving from Modesto complicated the purchase and would have made for a bummer if the car hadn’t been exactly as represented. Won’t talk about price as it was WAY more than I wanted to spend but it has turned out to be one of those instances where price really doesn’t matter. The experience at the dealership was totally copacetic and refreshing, mutual trust cut to the chase, deal done and on my way home in record time. Was no problem in leaving my other vehicle there in the back lot for a couple days while I figured out how to get it home. The car has turned out to be 100% as represented and well up to the premium price. Wanted to wait to make this review until all the DMV stuff came in which happened today, as with every other aspect of the transaction, smooth as smooth can be. Nice to know you can still get what you pay for and from awesome professionals who know what they’re doing and how to do it.

Trying to get ahold of their insurance information for DMV purposes and the person on sight kept telling me that i didn't have insurance which is irrelivant and not what I was asking for. Referred me to anouther person who has been dodging my calls for weeks - will be talking to the better business bureau

That's how a dealership should be. I hated dealerships until now. Process was easy, no rush and they let me check (as best you can check a car on-the-go, for leaks, the paint thickness, even checked the OBD2 systems). No shady salesmen, no hidden fees, I asked about a Carfax and it was provided right away (just to have an idea on the maintenance and that it wasn't involved in accidents). Everything checked out, price was more than right, mileage above what I was looking for, but the car in decent shape for the money they asked for. They're used cars, some buy backs, auction vehicles and so on, if you're not mechanically inclined, get your mechanic to check them or get a warranty plan (they offer these). They're not new cars (some actually are low mileage so maybe those are :) ), so expect to do basic maintenance. Thanks for the car guys!

We’ve purchased two vehicles from triple crown; one from the Roseville location and the other on Fulton, both purchases resulted in our family obtaining 2 reliable, very clean, cars. I highly recommend triple crown if you’re looking for a quality used vehicle in the Sacramento area! I attached a picture of our second purchase from Triple Crown; we love our very first electric/hybrid.

Where do I start? Man this place is a joke of a dealership I got lured in by a fair price of a truck, and when we did paper work it all of sudden price was over priced they told me I had to put down 2700 and what they didn’t know was I already had a loan ready with Travis Credit Union they told me they worked with Travis through some scam program called CUDL but they were insist on financing through their CUDL program. I was at Travis bank with Alex sales manger or whatever he is still insisting going through them they denied signing the title to Travis that day because I wasn’t going to finance through SCAM CUDL. Very disrespectful and liars. Long story short don’t finance with them you’ll get a better rate with a loan through credit union.

I was in the Roseville location. I traded my old car and started a loan in under 1.5 hours. It is not without its hiccups though, when I got the car it ran great.
Then it started misfiring like crazy and the transmission broke, got it serviced and the total price for repairs was $4,698. So it’s obvious that Triple Crown Auto Sales needs to take more care in very basic pre-sale maintenance in vehicles they purchase from other used car dealers.

I purchased a 2007 Tacoma from Tony in the Roseville auto lot
Tony agreed to repair a few things on the vehicle.
I have nothing bad to say about my experience it was seamless.
Price was fair I got what I paid for
