Jocelyne helped me get moved in within a week! She helped me sign everything I needed to remotely as work keeps me on the road a great deal. The apartment is a great size, clean and with fresh floors and appliances. The lounge has plenty of space for work and meetings and the pool looks like it will be great fun in the summer. A half mile walk to a grocery store and half a dozen fast casual restaurants. Moving is always stressful, but this was the best move I’ve ever had.

Slate Creek is a very good place to live. It has the best location for all needs. However, the most important is the property management. I would like to appreciate Eric Walsh for his great job and assistance with our moving process. He is a very professional manager who provides the best service.

The whole staff is amazing but a special shoutout to Eric, Jocelyn, and tony. The apartment was in beautiful condition with new appliances when i moved in and Eric and Jocelyn were able to answer allquestions I had. after move in Tony the maintenance man came to add another lock to my door for extra security and he did a wonderful job. The pools are beautiful and the gym has everything you need. So happy i moved here

Tony is such a sweet, respectful, hardworking man. He’s quick yet efficient! He has came in to repair a couple of appliances for me here at Slate Creek, and has not disappointed. He comes in with a ray of sunshine and fixes everything like it’s good as new. 5 stars sir!

Eric at Slate Creek has been an amazing support. We are new in the area. I had multiple questions. He answered everyone in a timely manner and of course, with a great attitude. Much appreciated. Made us feel welcomed.

I love living here so much! The apartments are gorgeous. Amenities are great. It’s in the best part of town and super convenient—I can walk to Starbucks or Safeway when I feel like it. I’m also right around the corner from Kaiser, where I work. The property is well-manicured and it makes me *so happy* driving home to be welcomed by all the lush trees and flowers as I pull up to my apartment building. The management is really friendly and responsive—they’ve checked in several times already to see if I’ve had any issues since move-in. Felicia, in particular, is world-class. Thank you for making this such a lovely place to call home! ?

These apartments are beautiful. I visit my parents often here and we always have so much to do! they have gym very close to my parents home as well as a pool and hot tub close by as well. another great feature is that these apartments also have a shopping center right next to them which has anything you need! I definitely recommend slate creek if you have loved ones that are looking for a good home! ?

Very helpful staff. I had a problem with my new installed air conditioning unit by outside contractor, and since it was the weekend, the office was very helpful and sent me a portable AC unit until the maintenance technician Tony came and fixed it first thing Monday morning. He’s very helpful and professional.

I really like living in these apartments, there’s the 24 hour Safeway next door which is always useful, the staff are friendly and the place has a good environment! One employee in particular named Felicia is super helpful and you often see her at hard work, she also helps me print out my homework assignments and always keeps us updated on events!

If you complain they will notify you. We have 4 outstanding work orders that were never addressed. The pool area is atrocious. 800+ unit community only 4 techs. We are paying 2300 a month to live in a hell hole

This property is the largest community among nearest area. Clean and quiet. Kids playing around the community safely. Staffs are very kind. Lots of pet lovers comfortably walk along.However, bills a bit expensive.

Eric helped my roommate and I get ready and settled into signing our paperwork for our first apartment. He was very helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone. We’ve haven’t even been here a week and we’ve already received help very quickly.
