I purchased an aquamarine necklace from Na Hoku A year and a half ago the stone fell out. I was lucky enough to find it. I brought it back to Na Hoku They sent it away for repair. After getting the necklace back from being fixed not even ONE MONTH LATER the stone fell out again and is now gone ! I contacted NaHuku telling them that the stone is now gone and I want this stone replaced free of charge. They refused to replace the stone because they said the necklace had wear and tear. I had the necklace not even ONE MONTH after repair from their jewelry store and asked for an explanation of what wear and tear on the necklace was AFTER one month they never answered that question?? They said they would repair the necklace for $200 and tried to talk me down to 100 .. ?? I should not have to pay for their mistake. They sent me my pendant back with no stone in it.!! Evidently $100 is more important to them than making their customers happy and backing up their jewelry that they claimed to be the best. It is far from the best. Horrible customer service horrible jewelry beware of Na Hoku !!!

I had to drop off a watch to be sent out for repair but met a wonderful employee named Trinity . She was kind , courteous , funny and extremely Helpful . Not only was she able to get my watch all taken care of but I mentioned a ring design and she found me what I was looking for . I ended up buying myself another ring from Trinity all because of how she treated me.

I followed up with customer service in Hawaii, per their request. No response back from them. Now I know where Roseville learned customer service.

it's sad, I have been looking for ring that I would liked for a number of years. Finally I found it in this store and purchased it. It was one that needed to be made and would take 6 to 8 weeks to get. 2 weeks after I paid for it, I was told it would cost $20 more to make it. This did not sit well with me and I cancelled the order. I have my 45th wedding anniversary later this year and was going to purchase a ring and matching ear rings with pearls that are surrounded with diamonds. unfortunately they will miss out on this. Be careful with transactions with this company.

My wife bought me an expensive watch ($800) as an early birthday gift for me. The manager took out a few links and I wore it out of the store. At home I noticed it had some significant scratches on the case and band. I brought it back and that's when the experience went south. The clerk saw the damage and since they did not have another one in stock, I asked for a refund. I was told that I could not get a refund because links had been removed (even though I had the extra links) and I wore it out of the store. All they could do is order me another watch from another store. I contacted customer service in Hawaii. I was asked to send photos of the damage which I did. I noted that the store had seen the damage and did not dispute the concerns. I was then asked to mail the watch to Hawaii so they could assess the damage. Again I noted that that wasn't necessary since the local store had verified the scratches. I asked customer service in Hawaii several times whether having links removed and wearing the watch out of the store voided the refund policy. I never got a response. Eventually I exchanged the watch. I told the manager that it would have been ethical to tell someone that sizing a watch and wearing it out the store voids the refund policy which only mentions sized jewelry not watches. There was no acknowledgement that it would be part of good customer service to do so.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer any of my questions and was very rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing from them. Read the reviews, now I know why others complain.

I just left this store crying. Unless you wear size seven ring, or one size up and down, you will pay at least $300.00 more to get your size. So, basically, the price in the case is false advertising. I looked at the ring I wanted three times, and got my heart set on it. Every time I looked at the ring, no one told me that. I sold my current wedding set, and was then told that I had to pay $300 more, which is almost a 15% increase. It just feels wrong on principle. Also, the manager here made me pull my mask down and look at the camera before she'd show me the ring. No one else has done that. She also was very graspy at any ring I was looking at, she really gave me the impression that she thought I was going to steal something. We were married in HI, which is why the ring was so special to me. Ain't nothing Aloha about this place. Safe yourself the heart ache.

Wanted to return a pendant I purchased for an anniversary gift. Unfortunately, due to being out of State for the past 20 consecutive days, I wasn't able to return the "never opened gift" until 31 days past the original purchase date. The Dublin store would not budge on their 21 day return policy. Had I physically been able to bring it back to the store, I would have. Written policies are one thing, but good customer relations goes a lot farther. That may be why I've never seen anyone else in that store when I've walked by.
