Have tried for 2 weeks to reach them about a RAN number for a simple return I have. Left 3 messages but no return call to get me a RAN number. No issue with the process up to contact for this single return.

Ordered a sweater that came with a hole in the armpit. I was told I needed to pay for my own shipping because it was an international order ( Canada ).
Never had an issue with a company that wouldn't refund and pay for shipping because of a defective item they sold me.
Steer clear of this company. Especially for online orders

This store has a nice variety of clothing that both of my teenagers ages 18 and 16 like. Be aware that the brand Cookies is linked to a marijuana dispensary and is banned at Vista Del Lago HS. The staff was friendly and helpful.

WORST SKATE SHOP THERE IS SERIOUSLY. The employees pick and choose who to sell shoes to. We are seriously just trying to get shoes for our family for Christmas and they tell us that THEY DONT HAVE THEM. Then we send a women in to the store and THEY SOLD HER A PAIR. This is the 3rd time I have witnessed them saying they DO NOT have the shoes and proceed to sell to who they like. This ISNT THE GOVERNMENT this is mainland skate and I hope their owners look into their employees. This is ridiculous and they act like they own winning lottery tickets for sale. We will be contacting the head of this store to inform them of the terrible lying service they allow in their store !!!

Great store love all the merchandise the only thing is staff isn't always helpful and they seem bothered when you ask for help or a size would give 5 stars if better customer service

if I could give a zero I would. the kid at the register rang up my boyfriends sweatpants, which were $50 each, making the total of them $100 for two pairs. well, we drove all the way home to realize by the receipt that we paid for the sweatpants, but they were not put into the bag. when my bf called the store, they asked 10 minutes worth of questions and then tried to find them for another 10 minutes. my bf was then informed the sweatpants were still there and he asked for some kind of compensation for the wasted time, gas, a trip, and money. the store manager refused. he then asked if they could mail it to us and again they refused. like what the actual heck??? have spent so much money at this store as a reoccurring customer and never will again. kid should be fired. store needs new employees and management and brains since they all seem to be clueless and idiotic. like $100 just stolen and no remorse? will be returning everything and taking action.

Staff lacks knowledge. I was informed that bearings were not universal for quad skating wheels and skateboard wheels. Wrong. I came back the next day after the run around to buy the bearings. Then they refused to install them, instead selling me a tool that will not work to install bearings (bearing press, etc.). What a hassle. Poor service with a smile. Nice.

I bought a straw-lid after they made sure it's for hydro flask and it had a three month return policy, the other problem it was in a ziplock bag. As soon as I started using it, it leaked water. So by next week I wanted to return but the lady said we can't return it.
