Stopped in with my son and we helped by a young person named Paige who was a true gem - we chit-chatted about the truffles, macarons and about coffee! He was super helpful as he knew almost everything about all the items I asked about. The store prices are quite higher than other pastry shops but they have so many different items and again the services provided made it worth it for us! We got truffles, macarons (no boxes though ?) gummy eyeballs, astronaut ice cream, dark chocolate w orange peels, white rabbits (which felt kind of hard but I haven't seen these candies in decades - so, I had to pick them up - wish me luck ?)... Overall, we'll definitely stop in again.

Employees were very nice. Candy not so nice. I bought some white chocolate gummy bears. They were so stale I couldn’t even chew them. The quality of candy here has gone down! Don’t think I will be going back.

Ok it's a candy store so 5 stars for that. That being said they need to get ppl that work there that know what they are talking about. I ask a simple question about what kind of filling is inside something and the person helping me looked like I just asked him to do long division for me ?. The answer to my question was never answered with a knowledgeable answer so I bought one of the candies anyway to see what is was just so I knew since he clearly didn't know.... anyway like I said nothing bad to say about the store since it just simple candy and who doesn't like that but the workers are not the brightest so don't ask questions ? ?

This is the most toxic place to work. Or at least at the Roseville Galleria location. Manager is rude to employees and takes away hours if you do something she doesn't like. Overall the store is clean but I wouldn't recommend working there.

First time visiting a Lolli and Pops store and it was a solid 4 star experience! At the entrance, there was an employee handing out samples and welcoming folks into the store. Upon entering you'll be amazed at how big the footprint is inside! Immediately to the left of the front counter are their fresh chocolates sold by the piece. Similar to See's Candies. To the right of the registers is a small selection of gelatos.There's so much candy it can be overwhelming where to begin. Bordering some of the walls in the back and in the center areas are self-serve bulk bins with items such as gold coins, gummy worms, chocolate covered gummy bears (my favorite!), sour watermelon chews, etc. The sugar-free bulk bins are located in the back right. Pro-tip, use several bags to separate out your bulk candy. We made the mistake of mixing everything together in one and didn't realize the chocolate peanut butter chunks left a trail of sticky mess in the bag.They also sell many unique flavors of Pocky, Hi-Chews, and some candies from other countries. For example, we picked up a bag of cookies n cream Kit-Kats from Japan.Sign up for their rewards club at check-out to earn points and other promotions. Definitely a fun store to visit if you're ever at this mall!

Terrible, non-exist service! I've been to this store five times and this is the third time there are ZERO employees in the store. Completely MIA! This last time I waited 10 minutes and after calling for help a few times I legitimately expected to smell a dead body coming from the back. This was an amazing store when they were at the old location. A damn shame.

Love this candy shop. Store associate is very friendly and helpful. He gives suggestions and lets my grandson taste some gummi bears for free.

The candy was great. The store was cool, a lot of stuff in there. However, the man behind the register in the afternoon on 10/28/23 refused to accept my money for literally no reason. My total was only 8 dollars and I handed him 8 one-dollar coins that I received as change from a machine inside the mall. They are 100% legal tender and commonly used. He looked at me and said, "Yeah those are legal tender, but I just can't accept them". He gave no reasoning and refused to accept my legal tender. It was even exact change. Makes no sense whatsoever, need smarter staff behind the counter.

Well get out your check book stuff is too expensive went in there to get a couple different things to go into the movies and ended up spending 69$for a small bag of candy and to Mexican candy too wouldn't recommend if your broke.

So we are in front of the store in line for a gummy sample. When my daughter and I get to the sales worker she turns away from us. I ask so your not going to give us a sample? She trys to ignore me. I ask again she responds you didn't ask me for one? Wow we left immediately not sure what the problem is? No thanks your store just lost a sale. So sad to be treated that way in 2023
