Kumon has been extremely helpful for my son. He's in 5th grade and was falling a bit behind his grade. Since we started, he has been bringing home passing grades on all of his math tests and is very proud of himself, as am I. This program is excellent.

Supporting our child to help improve their knowledge and confidence has been a struggle. We attempted to help at home but it caused a lot of conflict between us, I’m sure other parents can relate. We were looking for support that would remove our need to be super involved because our child responds much better to teachers and outside help. At first, Kumon seemed like it would be a great option, but unfortunately it wasn’t. There isn’t a lot of instruction - your kids go twice a week and just work on pages while they are there, they don’t receive tutoring or instruction as I expected. The pages don’t have lessons in them, they are just practice work over and over. So if they struggle they get a quick explanation and then go off to try it again. Our daughter figured out she could submit pages online with nothing done and make it look to us like she was doing the work, and then it would get re-sent back as corrections that she would do later or re-submit blank again. This went on for over 3 weeks and no one at the center noticed or brought it to our attention - even when we requested an update they just told us it was taking longer because she was having to do a lot of “correcting”. So we basically paid for a month without any progress. The online tool is not set up for easy oversight or progress monitoring for parents either. When you want to cancel you have to pay for another month or two because of the notice period they require. Be careful getting locked into the 6 month contracted period too… I would recommend finding a more hands on tutoring service with more flexible terms. Or save your money and just buy grade level workbooks from Amazon for a small fraction of the price!

My kids have improved a lot in their reading and Maths all because of KUMON. It has helped them to work ABOVE their grade level... My 4th grader is already doing Algebra without asking for help. This is awesome. Since their work is individualized, every child has the opportunity to work at his or her own pace. Mrs P and her staff are always open to discussions. I love your center.?

My kids went here for two months and they start to do things by themselves. More focus and on the routine more. They stay on task. We love to you Kumon!

Enrolling my 4yrs old at Kumon was the best decision. This is our first week at kumon, will update as we are making progress. I like the how the classes are organized by the age and grade level.

My son has learned so much. I love the structure and how it pushes him. It is a struggle to get him to do it, but he is also in Kindergarten. But it was all way worth it when he read to us; the smile on his face.

I was enrolled in Kumon from 1st grade to high school and the concepts I learned in their math and reading program has helped me throughout my education. I was able to excel throughout elementary and middle school due to the concepts the math and reading programs taught me. I recommend Kumon for anyone who wants to get stronger in their math and reading comprehension/analysis skills.

As a former student of Kumon, this program helped me through my high school and college years. The math program especially assisted me with concepts in my college level classes. I would recommend Kumon to anyone since it has taught me skills that I have used and am currently using.
