Guzetta Jewelers is run by a great owner and team. They have wonderful experience and a beautiful selection of items to shop and pick from. Appreciate them a lot for being able to customize items, repair broken pieces, and even design. This place is highly recommend by me and my family.

What a professional and wonderful jewelry store. They have such a great selection of fashion pieces to wear everyday. Although I am not getting engaged, it was also nice to see a wide variety of engagement rings and wedding bands. I highly recommend :-)

I recently brought my custom-made sterling silver antique ring to Guzzetta for a simple sizing and engraving. I figured Guzzetta was a reputable jeweler with adequate experience to perform this simple task. Boy was I wrong! I can see the seam where the ring was cut with my naked eye the engraving is crooked. I gave them one chance to fix this problem, and they couldn’t manage to get it right. I am done dealing with Guzzetta and I am actually driving my ring to Sharif jewelers as we speak. I understand that my ring is not a high dollar ring, but it means a lot to me. The Jeweler at Guzzetta obviously rushed this job with little care given to detail. Stay away from this place. They do lousy work and they were fine with me leaving dissatisfied.

If I can , I will give zero star. They have repaired my pearl necklace, and I have doubts about their professional abilities. They broke my necklace. Their solution is to replace it with a new pearl. But after waiting for two months, they gave a completely defective pearl to deal with me. It looks like worth two dollars . I am very disappointed with their handling.

They literally saved my finger! I got stung by a wasp, and my finger swelled around my ring. I was worried I would have to wait for hours in the ER to get the ring cut off, and Guzzetta jewelers did it right then and there! I will be going there for all of my jewelry needs.

So disappointed. My first time going to this jeweler. Dropped off items on 8/12. Was told they'd be ready on 8/23, stating they were open until 6pm so I could pick up anytime that day. Went to get them late afternoon and they are not ready. Work on them hadn't even been started. Do not recommend using them.

we love the unique design of the wedding set we worked with Nick Guezetta to get just right . We live over 250 miles way from Guezetta but Nick has always taken care of our follow up needs for cleaning, inspecting diamonds and new sales.

Find a jeweler store that welcomes and wants your business. The lady with the curtly hair working is going to be the least excited when you walk in lol. This is just a weird place. You aren't greeted when you walk in. You're treated like an inconvenience. I wouldn't ever want to spend my money in a place that is so unwelcoming and seemingly annoyed you're there. They don't seem to want your business or want to help with past customers at all.
