Another shoutout to Private Client Banker James Apgar, whose outstanding service to my family made us all very satisfied with a new financial situation recently. With his personable, professional and efficient manner, he expertly explained the options he had come up with to meet our needs. Based on that evaluation and explanation, we came to an agreement that suited us all very well. In addition, he offered that we could call him directly (bypassing a list of possible Chase contact numbers) if we had any subsequent questions or concerns regarding our account. Thank you James... you certainly deserve your high ranking in the Chase system, and we will always deal with you for any future banking needs!

Sat morning...this is the only branch open on saturdays...pretty inconvenient...So what happens? Only two tellers & the line is now 5 people deep. Chase, your service SUCKS!!

Long line but went by pretty quickly. They may have been changing staff for lunch but they should really have more than 2 tellers on.

This is probably the worst branch in the entire chase system. After closing the numerous locations they have a lot of business here but normally only one or two tellers. Terrible service. Meanwhile they have numerous bankers in cubicles talking on personal phone calls.

Yuck. Stinky hours, few personal bankers and many closed branches post Covd. I want to move over to a local credit union - but moving accounts is such a chore. Maybe this year.

James Apgar does it again! From the first time meeting James he has always gone above and beyond to ensure all my questions are answered and needs addressed. You can tell this is truly his passion and really will go the extra mile for you. I actually have followed him over to this bank just because I know he treats anything I need done with excellent attention to detail, and makes sure all of my action items are treated and handled with care. I have referred several of my friends and family members to chase bank and most drive out of their way just to meet with James because they know with him it will be done right the first time. He is very welcoming and always greets with a warm smile. He is personable, extroverted and has always made any transactions seamless. 6 years ago I left Wells Fargo and signed with chase because of the excellent experience James provided. I haven't even looked back because each experience is just like the first time handled and prioritized with care! Thank you so much James! You're a rockstar!!

So I bank with chase, my commission checks can be pretty big at times so when I get paid I use my card to get caught up on a lot of stuff. This causes me to go over my debit card daily usage limit almost every month. This branch is the closest to my job so I have to come in here and pull cash with the teller bc my Debit/ATM has been reached. Every time I have to go in and use a teller there is ALWAYS a massive line and the tellers are insanely slow. Idk if it's their lack of system knowledge, the system itself, or people doing way too many transactions at once....all of which can be improved. They could train the tellers better, they can use all their profits they make off of me and people like me to develop a more efficient system, and they can have cubical with bankers in it for the people with multiple transactions so that way they can stream line the quick people like myself. This is the least efficient bank I've ever used. Please improve

Worst Chase I have ever been to. I went there on my lunch break. 15 people in line and two tellers. Multiple people sitting around doing nothing. Complete and total lack of awareness and/or customer service. I think I am going to change banks. Not even an attempt to speed things up. Ridiculous.

Worse service ever, every time I go in they are to busy to help. I thought everything was handled for my sons card, personal banker dropped ball. I'm thinking of moving all my kids accounts and savings. Need to do something about service here!!!

The service is been getting worse & worse long lines and they closed the nearby branch across the freeway ! They blame everything on COVID ! When they are the ones incompetent !

I really like banking with Chase. This is an excellent branch. Even though they are a large bank, they give you the personal touch. All the tellers are friendly and professional. I have no complaints. Very happy that I decided to bank here.

I went in to this Bank to handle my banking business as this month my direct deposit fell on Saturday March 30, 2019. I went to the teller window where this apparent young woman met me. I had asked her to call me Mr. ****. She looked at me and fled the tellers window and had placed all the money I had given her in the bank drawer, NOT in my account. Later in April I talked with the Bank manager Eric over the phone about this. He related to me he would not reprimand her at all. This is despicable conduct singling me out as different set class citizen as everyone else. In other words I was dis-respected! So if you want to receive treatment such as this, then this is the place. Furthermore, I had a really difficult time with the next teller who helped me, getting my money back out of the Bank drawer and back into my account. I have been a bank customer of this branch for over two years now. Well, to say the least I am through with this branch. UPDATE:URGENT. Now, Chase writes me a letter, NOT signed by any human being, stating they will be closing my bank account and with NO reason. Wow! What utterly harassment! In my opinion if I were you, I would open another bank account elsewhere.

This review is specifically for the tellers: Elena and Joanne have been helping me out for the past couple years. It has been a pleasure getting to know these ladies. They are extremely professional, quick, and friendly. I trust them with all my banking needs! Chase, give them a raise!! Lol I have also been helped by the other tellers here before, and everyone has also been friendly and professional. I have been to other Chase Banks before in the Roseville area, but haven't had positive experiences like I do at this branch (also shoutout to Chase on Woodcreek). I am willing to drive the extra mile just for these 2 branches because of their excellent customer service.

Poor customer service, which starts with store manager. Tellers were polite, only upside to this branch.
