I ordered some parts from here back in early November and had to return them due to a car being a total loss and the other part coming damaged almost 1k worth. My coworker and I have called well over 20 times and have been responded to once with “I will forward this to my accounting department” other then that one interaction I have not received a call back over the course of nearly 2 months!! Extremely unprofessional. You’re better off buying from literally any other dismantler in the area. ?

So, I googled that business online and found them selling parts on ebay. Realized that I'll be passing that place and can buy the part quicker than through ebay plus surely I should get a discount on shipping cost and work-hours/minutes costs for packing, etc. In addition, their parts about 20-30% overpriced compared to others on ebay.AND Oh, boy! What a terrible service, communication, and overall experience!!! You will leave this place stressed out! Looks like the owner doesn't bother and care about clients at all. Very rude behavior in every aspect. Went really harsh, sending me off, refusing to talk, running like crazy back and forth, smashed and teared the receipt in front of me when I said, "Thank you, I don't need the receipt." Overall, I was shocked!Looks like they have good reviews on ebay, so at least that's good... BUT!!! AVOID going there in person. Probably, the dude thinks he has a multimillion fancy dealership ... well actually no, in such dealership, you would be cared for and respected! In his case, it is indeed just a junk yard as well as the owner...AVOID going there....UPDATE and reply on the Owners comment:- I told all the Truth! He indeed was very harsh, inpatient, torn the smashed papers in front of my face. I also was very polite and never said and/or did any disrespectful word or action. I was standing there shocked by the owner.- Also, as for the discount, whoever reads this - you judge if I made an unreasonable offer. I was looking for a part 06H903143H/E - audi a4 oil housing - google it and you see that the average cost is 50-70 online for used parts. The BW junk yard was selling it for 79 including free shipping, etc. I came in person and offered without being rude or anything 60. So, would you go nuts after my offer?- Now, it's only seen that the owner is indeed a really bad man. He is actually liar! Instead of changing his behavior and say sorry, he started calling names and make up things.- 100% junk business!Service: Part finding & extracting

Staff treats you like you're a nuisance, first off attempting to call this company rarely works out, after a 5 minutes wait you're transferred to voicemail and they don't call back. The few times I've went there in person or got through to someone on the phone they are rude when communicating with, and also have observed them speak to customers in the lobby in the same manner, in a condescending and rude manner. They quite literally have the attitude of "why are you calling me and what do you want" even though they are in the business of serving the public. Take you're bussiness and money to Autogator which is 300 feet to the left of BW, the folks there are respectful and know how to talk to and treat people.

I would highly reccommend BW Auto Dismantlers and Jeff!! My 2013 Mini Cooper needed a couple replacement parts and contacted via phone call first. Jeff sent me a quote via email. BW has it set up to pay online & they email or call you when your parts are ready to pick up. Prices were fair. Overall great experience from first contact to pick up. Thanks Jeff and BW Auto Dismantler! Highly Recommend!!!
