This was my first and last time coming to Bellagio nail spa. I chose the basic pedicure at $40 and was thoroughly enjoying it up until the nail tech brought out a leg scrub that had a small chunk of glass in it. The glass cut my leg before she realized it was there and although it was completely an honest mistake, I noticed her pluck the glass out and throw it in the trash and then quickly glanced at me and see if I had noticed.
A few seconds later my leg started bleeding and she tried to act like it was from the scrub until I pointed out that I knew it was from the glass.
Although she did her best going forward to make it a pleasant experience, I continued to bleed throughout the pedicure and instead of getting a tissue to wipe it, she rubbed the blood in with the lotion and continued to massage my leg.
Their compensation for this event was a $10 discount.
Again I would like to point out that I understand the glass being in there was not necessarily their fault, it was the way it was handled that is the reason I won't be coming back.

Just moved back to the area and have tried many nail salons. So far this has been the best experience I have had. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Mimi did a fantastic job on my nails and I will be returning.

Tried Bellagio in search of a new salon. Won’t be returning. The nail lady was trying to tell me that all other nail salons are bad and the way they do the nails is the only way how to do them. Well, 2 days later, i had 2 nails break. The nail polish color looked hideous. Not to mention the lady doing my nails took my previous color off, not finishing my manicure, and then had me move to the pedicure so she could do another ladies nails who walked in after me. Don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible experience and quality

I've been going to Bellagio for two years to have my nails done by Kim. She is always happy to see me and interested in me as a person. Kim does a great job on my nails every time. Whenever I've had a broken nail, she is quick to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend Kim if you need an excellent nail technician.

Had such an amazing service with Kim! She did my nails with hybrid gel and it was amazing! It feels lightweight compared to acrylics, so if you're looking to get that acrylic look but need a healthier substitute, this is it. The chrome accent is pretty darn amazing, makes me feel like a mermaid lol! Had it for 2 weeks already and still very intact considering I lift heavy boxes at work.

First time customer here and I am very disappointed to say the least.... a huge waste of $71 dollars for very simple nails and as there website says basic acrylic starts at $35. they used gel after I asked for just regular polish.. i just got them down Thursday over the weekend 1 had fell off and 3 have chipped the acrylic is aoft in my nails and not hardened as it normally is... idk why it was so much and will not be going back....

They did my nails really well I loved them!! Definitely coming back. Tho at payment, lady who was checking me out tried to scam me and have me pay double the cost of the nail service by self inserting the total into the tip section so she could get the price of the service as an extra tip, even after I tipped in cash. But I caught what she was trying to do. Make sure you go up to the register with your card and look at the little screen thoroughly for your correct total. Overall Absolutely love the nails! Just wish she didnt try to pull what she did.

I've been searching for an exceptional, clean, and professional nail salon in the Roseville area. This place is the best I've found. I appreciated their quality work (not digging into my cuticles besides what was necessary, paying close attention to detail, and using quality polishes). They were straightforward with the cost and very clean.
