This review is purely about the store not the brand. The workers are rude and lazy. No one helped the long line of customers find fitting rooms and the clothes were a mess.

This is a review of their online order process. I purchased a Christmas gift online to be delivered to the store. As per the follow-up email, it was to be delivered no later than the 24th. Since I never received the pick-up email by that date, I called their customer service department for a status. They told me it was delivered to the store on the 23rd. Called the store to confirm, but they put me on hold, so I drove 20 minutes to find out the store hadn't received it. According to their system, it was scheduled for delivery on the 28th. So I asked to cancel the order but nope they can't do it in store I'd have to call customer service. On the day after Christmas, I called CS to cancel, but nope, I can't cancel. I have to do it after the item is delivered in store, at which point I'll have to pick up said item and return it. It is absolutely ridiculous to make customers go through this nonsense when any other retailer would have either delivered on time or made it so much easier on the customer to cancel.

I went in and tried on this dress that I absolutely loved and noticed dried blood on the inside of the dress when I brought it up to the girls at the counter they acted like it was no big deal and gave me attitude about it, it took me bringing up a discount for them to offer 10% with an enormous amount of sass absolutely do not recommend a business who doesn't care about something so gross.

I will no longer be spending money or supporting or a corporations that Refuses to give you store credit without a receipt. My daughter had 2 shirts that were sale items and all I was asking for was store credit at the lowest price. I'm over higher end retail stores treating all customers like they are thief's.

I had the best experience I've had at any Abercrombie location today with Malou. She went above and beyond helping me find the highly sought after viral "tik tok" jeans and I couldn't be happier. She was on top of getting people into dressing rooms from the moment I walked in the store and her exceptional service just kept getting better. She took me around the store, looked online, at other stores' stock and even looked in the back where she ended up finding the jeans I wanted. She is amazing! Girl needs a promotion, raise or both. If she's not on a management position, she needs to be. Thank you!

Aside from the very little inventory that they currently have, the employees lack major communication and/or listening skills amongst each other. Was let into a dressing room with my 12yr old by one of the girls working here. She then communicated with other employees over the mic sets they wear that customers were going into dressing room #2 with 6 items. Not even 5mins passes and there's banging on the door by another employee to see if anyone is in the room. I politely say "Yes, someone is in here." & she responds sincerely with "Oh, sorry!" 5mins later... another bang asking the same question. I respond again. Maybe 8mins later, there's more aggressive banging. Like if I didn't answer, they were gonna kick the door down. I was F'n annoyed so I opened the door and said "YES! There's someone in here!" And the employee responded with an attitude "OKAAAY". My daughter didn't even finish trying everything as we were both SO annoyed by their lack of having a system to keep track of which rooms were being used. Their headsets seem to be useless.

Savannah is the absolute worst "manager" I have ever come in contact with. She cares little about customer service, is very rude and sassy when speaking to you, and clearly hates her job.

I like Abercrombie's clothes, but I refuse to shop in this specific location because of the terrible customer service. The Asian girl who is a keyholder/manager is extremely rude and does not acknowledge you. She should work somewhere she actually enjoys!

There are multiple customers in the store without masks. They won't let you do curb side return/ exchange even if you bought it that way, Even if you are at risk or not. Sad that is how this store takes care of its community. Please tell your staff to make customers put on a mask or close down!!!

Shady, I went in to browse and noticed multiple signs in the store that said buy 3 get one free entire store. When I go to check out there was no free item. The manager explained that other people asked about this as well. This is false advertising! She said there are two stores in one yet they can check out everything on the same receipt at the same cash register meaning it's one store in one location. They have their employees fooled even thinking the shady business practices are OK. I let damn no I wasn't interested in purchasing anything anymore and walked out. This is not OK. Clearly they didn't wanna offer anything to make up for the fake signs so I won't be shopping there. Zero stars for the huge waste of time that was.

Asked Alec for some help and he seemed more concerned with talking to his coworkers than helping customers. Definitely not my best experience. Not my worst either. Probably will be back but the sales associates need to work on customer service.

Given the reviews on the internet & my past experiences at this location, I wasn't looking forward to shop here but I had to come in today due to a return. My original opine became the polar opposite when Kristina G****n helped me. She was knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and most of all, welcoming! She immediately went to the register (without prompt from the cashier) when she saw a line forming. She was knowledgeable about how to process my purchase And returns to help me with current sales/discount which showed me honesty and integrity in her work. I had many questions, and complicated returns and Kristina worked with me patiently until my concerns were resolved. Kristina is a true model employee and I am glad to know that A&F has made changes in their hiring process that enables quality customer service.
