I have tried this venue a few times so this review is not based on one visit. The floor and walls could use a deep cleaning. The staff does not seem friendly or knowledgeable when you ask questions about the program. Recently I was at the Rosemead location and was advised that I could only obtain half of the quantity of baby formula. The formula I use is Enfamil. I assumed that the reason for the restriction was due to the Similac recall. Yet, the answer I received from the staff was that since there was a war going on in Ukraine, that WE need to reduce our consumption and purchase of the baby formula. I was also advised from the staff at 6:45pm that no other store will give me formula and that I needed to return to Prime Nutrition for the remaining cans. This is completely false. I went right over to Ralphs Temple City and told the store manager of what happened and she stated that info was false. She recommended everyone go to their store for their baby needs. Oh, and one more thing, when Prime Nutrition gives you that FREE gift, check it completely as the corn tortillas had green mold in the center. I threw them out this morning. I picked them up last night. So much for a FREE gift.

The staffs are not helpful and they are not patient to explain and service very bad. I don’t recommend this store to shop WIC products. I will not come again .

I just discovered this place, right across the street from one of the Rosemead community outreach program WIC! This place bypasses the super market and having to use a cashier at the register to redeem the checks! Most of the time the cashiers at the market has a pretty bad attitude because the checks hold up the line, well say good bye to that!! Yolanda, was super helpful and kind to me! Loved her service! Loved her attitude! Everything about this trip was positive for me. It was my first time there, I did not know you can pull up the car just like a drive through. She also helped me with the groceries to the car! Will definitely come back next month!
