Five stars to Christina within their grooming services. From the beginning to the very end of the whole process, Christina gave wonderful customer service. She was very informative, and I felt as though she went over and beyond my expectations. I have taken my dog to numerous locations for a simple bath and brush, because I do not know how to express my dog's anal glands. She also dislikes me cutting her nails. Hence, a bath and brush at PetSmart gets more than just the aforementioned accomplished. There is another large pet store that is very close to where I live, but there was a time in which the groomer didn't even show up. That pet store called me minutes before my dog's appointment. I was already at their front door. That's what I call HORRIBLE customer service. On the other hand, I received numerous texts from PetSmart confirming my appointment. One of the texts even gave me the option of either confirming or cancelling the appointment. When Christina finished bathing and brushing my dog, she called me. I even received a text that gave me an option of paying for the services online so that it would help in expediting the process. I would highly recommend Christina for your dog's bath and brush service. I know that I'll be coming back to this PetSmart because of her. The only reason I have this PetSmart 3 stars is because the cashier had to ask someone to approve a coupon that the cashier was unable to scan. After the person approved the coupon, I said thank you. He just walked off like I bothered him, and that he had better things to do. A simple smile and you're welcome would have been appreciated. That attitude deserved 1 star. You shouldn't show the co-employees and especially the customers that you're unhappy helping them. By the way, if you sign up to receive text notifications from PetSmart you'll receive promotions and coupons. Hopefully, the cashier will be able to scan the coupon.

Dog food here expired and bad, foul smell. Had to return. Not fresh, all their bags expiring with 6 months and they store the bags in hot area.

Brought my dog to get groomed here, the groomer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged extra for everything they could. When I didn't want to get the upgrades for grooming she did not do a good job at all. I told her specifically to shave my dog's sanitary areas and dry her ears and yet when I picked her up none of that was done. She also charged me 8 dollars more for my dog having matted areas behind her ear (which was because the same groomer never did a good job drying her ears last time). If you care at all about your pets, this is not the place to bring them. They will find anyway to charge you extra, a 50 dollar grooming appointment will go to 120 from all the unnecessary fees

I was real upset this past Monday when your salesperson in Glendora informed me that PetSmart discontinued stocking Grain Free American Journey dog food, in particular the Sweet Potato and Salmon and Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable. I ran all over town trying to find 28# bags but only found (4) 4# bags and 1 4# Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable.R they being recalled for any health reasons? Please advise.

Bad service I wanted to buy a fish they started asking personal questions and they denied me from buy a pet fish so I went to petco and petco has wonderful service they got the fish I wanted PetSmart wouldn't ask questions to customers
