“They have an amazing brisket they pre marinate. It’s delicious. They do have some meat that is hard to come by such as duck, goose, elk, etc. they also have a variety of jerkies and tri tips. Very cute local gem to check out”
“Not much of a meat eater myself (very rarely) but am experimenting with putting my dog on a raw diet so I'm exploring local meat sources. Has been surprisingly challenging to find certain types and cuts (because many shops don't butcher onsite anymore). Called here to ask questions, they were super knowledgeable and helpful. Drove there and again they were really friendly and helped me understand my options. Lovely people and a great local source for butchering needs.”

“My first time there, carnitas are bomb. Chicharron's texture was super crunchy, very salty tho, however I made it in salsa verde without any more salt, and it was delicious. I will be back hoping the chicharron is not too salty anymore.”
