Went renting, there really isn't a better place. It took me all day to rent a last minute car trailer and this was the only company who would rent to me due to my age and the vehicle I was hauling with. The managers understood that the Rivian R1T was more than capable and the service was excellent. Now whenever I need to rent I take the hour drive up to Rohnert Park because this company consistently leaves me satisfied with good customer service and rates.

I felt very taken care of by the nice gentleman at this location upon renting/dropping off a moving van. He went above and beyond for me, and for that, I 10/10 recommend the RP Rental Place.

My preferred spot anytime I've got a one off project for which I don't feel like buying a new tool. They've also got a ton of skis, snowboards, and assoc equipment. Overall, this should be your first stop if you don't need to or can't afford to buy equipment.

Delivery was to have happened end of day the day before the party. I called end of day when no one had arrived or called. They said they had us down for delivery at 8am day of party. He said he would call and see if they can get us in, he never called me back. 8am day of party- no contact no one is here with delivery. Called at 8:30, said the delivery is coming from RP and didn't have an eta. He would call them to try to get a delivery time & call me back. 9:30 I called him after no return call, he said they left 10 min ago from RP and should be here soon...10-20 mins. They did not arrive until 11:30. When we called at 11:20 for an update they said they couldn't get a hold of the driver. They also said I placed the order last minute. That was not correct, I placed the order 2 months in advance. They said I did not ask for delivery the day before. That was not correct. I had a lengthy conversation with them when I put the order in to ensure I was not charged for the extra day. They basically attempted to make excuses & blame the customer with falsehoods. They were completely unapologetic with their mistakes and poor customer service. As a business owner I would like to provide them with some tips to running a successful business. 1. Don't offer a service you cannot provide. 2. Call your clients back when you say you will. 3. Answer your phone, don't avoid phone calls. 4. If you made a mistake, make it right. 5. Don't blame the customer. 6. Apologize when an error was made
