Repair was great. Only issue was when I picked up my truck the drivers side rear tire was low. Upon inspection there was a large screw in the tire that was not there when o dropped the truck off. I had to have them put air in the tire so I could drive to a tire shop to have tire repaired.

I had a 5 star experience at G&C Auto Body in Rohnert Park. Erick was my Fantastic Inspector, who immediately inspected my car. He met with me and provided a plan to take care of my problem and implemented the work to be done. When all was completed, I have never felt more happy to have such a great job.

Today I took my car to G&C Auto Body in Rohnert Park and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My bumper was partially torn away from the car, and I was worried about the cost and the hassle of getting it fixed. From the moment I walked in, Jeff and the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease.
They were friendly and kind, taking the time to explain the repair process and then fixed it immediately and super quickly. Their professionalism was top-notch. Not only did they fix my bumper perfectly, but they also did it at a great price, which was a huge relief.
The quality of their work was outstanding, and my car looks as good as new. The team at G&C Auto Body truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. If you need any auto body work done, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you, Jeff and the team, for your exceptional service!

They took weeks to fix my car , I finally got it back today and they charged a hefty fine, when the parts from the dealership was less . If I would have known I would have taken my car to crash champion collisions they order the parts fast from the dealership and don’t take weeks to fix the car . Don’t recommend

I have to admit I was surprised at the excellent service that I received at G & C Auto Body on Commerce Blvd in Rohnert Park. Honestly, This business was not my first choice to have my auto repaired. However, much to my surpise, the entire process starting with the claims agent from Geico Insurance Company was easy and professional with excellent customer care and a great repair to my Chevy Volt. Thanks to Jeff Ballard the General Manager (and his entire staff) for overseeing the entire process. He answered all my questions and kindly and professionally responded to my many phone calls. He made sure that my rental car was ready for me and my car was returned to me in a most timely manner. The repair was terrific with no telltale signs of the damage that was incurred. While I hope that I will not have to go back to G & C Auto Body anytime soon, I would highly recommend them for excellent service, professionalism, and great work.

2nd time went there..for a estimate..front desk gal was kind if short and rude to me..I have been in customer service and she was not friendly just very shirt abd curt with her answers..they do jot seem to loom up your info from before gave them info over phone prior to my appt..showed up and no one know what time the person is supposed to come back from. Lunch my appt was 12:30..she said she did mot know..how do you ran a company and not know and when you have an appt lined up..I will not use them as my place to fix my car. I had 2 other estimates from other places..with that kind if attitude..my son told me that they were good etc..I know about that company living in marin ...hope they refresh their customer service skills

I just had a repair completed at G&C-Rohnert Park and I couldn't be more pleased. The project was overseen by Steve and his customer service was stellar - he was communicative, kept me in the loop in a timely manner, and had a great sense of humor. The repair was excellent work AND the project was finished ahead of schedule. I am so glad to know about this branch of G&C.

G & C is amazing. I was in a minor collision and needed a new bumper. They matched the paint perfectly. They were easy to work with and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I hope I don't need bodywork in the future but if I do I know I'll be using this company again. I would highly recommend them if you need any type of body work. they where easy to work with.Services: Painting
