It might be different from others, but I did not have a very good experience here. I was one of the unfortunate people in Rohnert Park to have my tires stolen. Went there because it used to be Blakes.
There was not much communication between me and the shop though they had my car for two weeks. They never updated me on the status of the repair and what was going on between them and the insurance company. I requested a certain brand of tires and they put another little-known brand without telling me. Also these tires were directional, and they were not installed correctly so we had to return to the shop to have it corrected.
I wanted to discuss these issues with them, but my estimator was gone on vacation, so I had to wait for them to return to settle this. They did not have any documentation between them and the insurance. Lastly, the estimator really pushed for tires which the shop installed though I did not want them.
After my theft, I did not get my car back in the same condition as it was previously.

Everyone was nice and they got it done fast and did amazing work, my car some how looks younger totally recommend them.

Very professional, the guys that work. The desk area are super badass, even when I got the car that had a small little bell issue after I brought it back they fixed it in five minutes and took care of me at the end of the day. Highly impressed.

Crash Champions did such a wonderful job on my car, they finished the job much faster than anticipated. When I picked up my car it looked like brand new again! Lars was super informative, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Crash Champions.

This was the WORST experience ever. I strongly do not recommend this company. Not only did they not fix my car correctly. They had to take it back, said they reserved me a rental car to use while they fixed my car. I went to enterprise there was no reservation made, and there was no car available for me. I was stranded. No one answered the phone in the office and the cell phone number used for service person was never answered and I never-received a response. Their service is horrible. I do not recommend them.

Not often do you experience great customer service, but my experience with Crash Champions in Rohnert Park was excellent. Both Raven and Charles were professional, courteous and kind. I was kept up on a daily basis as to the status of the repairs to my Nissan Rogue. Both Raven and Charles are definately an asset to the company. Very pleased with the work done on my car.
