“This was my first day dress shopping for my wedding dress and even though I may have not found The One, I still wanted to comment on how absolutely wonderful the stylist named Aly is. This was my last appointment for the day and I had nothing but bad luck so far and had been treated poorly at another bridal shop, but Aly turned my whole day around. She was incredibly sweet, understanding, patient, and knew exactly what look I was looking for. She gave me tons of ideas and options for alterations and didn't pressure me in the slightest to purchase this one beautiful dress that I am still debating on. I knew finding a dress was going to be the most stressful part for me since I'm not a lacey, floral, or dress kind of girl but she made me realize that the right dress will come along and put my mind at ease. I hope I end up finding my dress at David's Bridal purely because of this experience and I'm very grateful she was my stylist today. Thank you Aly!”

“I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. “I absolutely LOVE this store! I have bought several pairs of shoes through the years but recently I had a small problem with a pair of the Divine shoes. No big deal just the foot pad was lifting a bit so I went in with the shoes even though I had worn them a bit the problem still existed so they totally took care of me and I purchased another pair as well. The two sales people that helped me, Mickela and Maddie were very professional, thoughtful, patient and showed amazing customer service! “I have feet that are supranated ( roll outward when walking) and cause hip and IT band pain. Richard, at this store, fitted me with the insert and shoe that should alleviate the problem. I’ve had them two weeks now and there’s a noticeable improvement. Plus, this store is “ old school “ … the customer actually gets real individual service. So anyone out there is having some foot issues,etc., this is the place you want to go to.”

“Definitely a legit place to visit for variety of the hottest current styles. You'll find brands like; Nike Adidas Vans Reebok Ugg's We had visited multiple other shoe stores and had no luck finding my 5th grader a pair of shoes. I get it, I'm super picky about what shoes like and maybe he takes after me... not a bad thing! We were able to choose from many of the cool kid styles and he finally found something to fit his personal style. The staff were cool too! Kinda pricey but not more than other stores, they just have to good stuff!”

“I have shopped at their store in San Francisco where I lived most of my life, a few weeks ago, I found this treat at the Fountain. I have been a couple of times and been helped by Kristy who is incredible, she goes above and beyond and is an overwhelming abundance of patience. Kristy is an outstanding employee and helped me find a total of four pairs of the most comfortable, yet also cute shoes I have ever had. Due to a plethora of health issue, I have trouble finding shoes that don't kill either my feet, knees or back. The store is full of nice selections and Kristy listens to each customer to assess their needs and likes, she is one of a kind. Love this place and yay for Kristy and I hope I am spelling her name correctl.”
