Safelite sucks! Unable to calibrate anything. The technician left early because he was too excited. I overheard him say to one of his coworkers that he needed to leave so he can go pick up some extra batteries for his mom's 14" BBC toy before she got home and found out he was using it that morning.

Fast to and nice waiting room. I'd recommend getting some window coverings inside the lounge the sun made it hot in the AM, directly hitting you.

Had an appointment at 2:30. Arrived early and was greeted immediately and the truck was in a bay before I found a seat. Job was done quickly and most efficiently. Left feeling very good about the service.

The repair on my windshield far exceeded my expectations! I'll admit I was skeptical when I came in, and quite disappointed that I was not going to get my windshield replaced. Safelite patched the chip and I'll be the first to say they did an outstanding job! I was sure to let the team know that they did a great job and made a believer out of me. The staff is friendly, professional and the service was super fast. A++ I highly recommend

Had an appointment and after I dropped off the car as it needs to be calibrated after installation. 5 minutes after I left I got a call saying, they had the wrong glass for my car. I left the car in hopes they would be able to get the glass and finish the job. A few hours later I call to see if it’s ready…there is no way to reach a human. Picked up the car, called one hour auto glass who did the job at my house.

I’ve used safelite many times for my windshield repair, ordered an OEM glass for my f150, they didn’t bring me one. Installed it, couldn’t get my truck calibrated to work for my front collision monitor to work, said they’d order one, installer had my truck out on drive for over an hour. Then I find my left rear tail light busted. Went to Rocklin store to tell them about it. They ordered my new windshield and are replacing my tail light. I’m happy

Appointments mean nothing here , literally. Had a 2:30, showed up aproxime 15 minutes early. More than 7 people came after me and were finished ahead of me. When I asked why they were done before my car (I drive a 2018 Prius) , they just blamed it on “calibration “. Be prepared to spend A LONG TIME HERE. Additionally , I brought my work laptop and their internet was really REALLY slow and then it disconnected. If you expect to get some work done it won’t happen. The front staff was friendly and even got me updates, but it just such a dreadful and long process. I would have totally done additional insurance research and found a different provider with better reviews. You were warned …. . It’s about 5 minutes till 5pm and I’m STILL HERE!

It's a late review. We replaced the windshield on June 15th in the morning.(We had a few cracks for a long time but didn't care much then cracks got out of control ?) and technician Ronald came and he replaced our windshield very securely and he was fast! He was very friendly and professional. We kinda stayed and watched while he was replacing (not because we don't trust, we just to want to see, we were just curious ?) It was pretty cool watching him replacing our windshield (all the tools/gadgets that he had ?) It was first time trying safelite glass service, 100% satisfied!

They won’t answer the phone when I call. I get stuck in the auto attendant. My weather striping around the glass has come off. Very unhappy not being able to talk to a human being. Such poor customer service. .

Safelite Auto Glass on Pacific Street in Rocklin. This is what I found:
1. I had been referred by my insurance company. I did want to try Safelite based on their reputation and ads on TV!?
2. Safelite is easy to find. Access is easy and flat. There is plenty of parking around the entire building.
3. There must be twelve auto bays to repair windshields and all other auto glass. They are all full! This company is grinding out the repairs.?
4. On the positive side, I had very little wait time! I was seen on time. The repair was done quickly!?
5. Although Safelite guarantees the work if my windshield cracks, I did not like my repair. It was opaque and not optically clear. It is also in my direct line of sight in the driver's seat (when looking straight ahead). I think it is a driving distraction and I have had other repairs done by other companies that were barely noticeable. ? Look at my photos and decide for yourself......

Safelite is contracted with my company for my company car. I have a vehicle with safety avoidance systems that need to be calibrated. I left my car with them and they didn’t get back to me or return my calls which left me mostly stranded for the day. Turned out they used a cheap replacement and the shape of the windshield made it impossible to calibrate the system, so I had to come back again. Lame, poor business practice, but things happen.
I came back to drop my car off early and leave it for what should have been a couple hours. The guy at the front desk was staring at his computer and didn’t even acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes, he had another person in line in front of me whom he also didn’t acknowledge. I got frustrated and started leaving my key with a note…which he did notice. He said I couldn’t just leave my car and their process is like a doctor’s office (more like the DMV) and called someone up who helped me immediately in a drop off that only took seconds.
The process has taken hours longer than promised, they won’t answer the phone, and have left me stranded all day again. Still don’t know when I’m getting my car back as of this writing.

Recently had my wifes windshield replaced. I wish every business ran like this. They sent me notification via text, information via email. Sent me appointment notification via text. They were super fast at the install. My car stayed clean from the process. Tyler who was working at the desk was polite, informative, courteous, and geniunely cared about the job he is doing. I would give them a 10 Star Review if possible. Thank you for making this process effortless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a 9:30 appointment and when I walked up to the counter at 11 o'clock.They came around to the front of tje deak and met me saying, "oh, you had chipped windshield, right?" I replied that I'd did but noticed that my car was still in the parking g lot. She said it'll be about fifteen more minutes because they're down to one technician who was calibrating something.
Customer service was okay.I never did talk to the technician but it was done in fifteen minutes. I was late to a d m v appointment and that put my whole schedule behind but it is done.
