We went there 8 am to do a blood test that needed to be fasting. The system is taking walk ins which i checked in for. I waited there about 1.5 hours without getting a chance. The guy in the lab was calling only people with appointments and he was even calling the ones who had an appointment 5 minutes later but NO walk ins!! They are also seems to be slower than other labs I have been involved! We had to walk out without doing my test.

Somehow the appointment made never seem appear the day of the appointment. Either a glitch or something but making the appointment that day is no use.

Lab representatives were and are great. Very personable, friendly and efficient. The ease of scheduling and checking in for appointments are outstanding.

They don't take walk ins past 2pm. Then the phlebotomist wants to laugh and say I need to plan better when I work 6 days a week 7-3:30.

Very clean, very friendly and very helpful staff. The blood draw was nearly painless and the staff were very professional. This was a convenient location as well. Overall this experience exceeded my expectations.
