My experience at Crunch Fitness has been quite disappointing. Although the staff is friendly and tries to help, the overall organization of the company is terrible. I had many issues with managing my membership, and customer support is slow and ineffective.
The lack of coordination and timely responses makes it frustrating to try and resolve any problems. The company itself needs significant improvements in management and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Crunch Fitness to anyone until these issues are fixed.

even after a verification that his membership was canceled, my husband was bombarded with fees a whole month after cancelation. when he called about jt he was told there was nothing they could do about it and that a refund was not possible even though we don't even live in the same city anymore. the gym itself is fine but absolutely not worth the $60 they stole from our family

If you see an ad on Instagram offering $0 enrollment to try the gym, DO NOT TAKE IT. Went in thinking it was free to try for the first month(as advertised), but they charge you after the first week. You can’t cancel online. There’s also a $34 cancellation fee they don’t tell you about. All in all, I lost $80 in a single month because of the deception at this gym. Just go to 24 Hour or Cal Fit instead and save yourself the money and the crappy service. The gym is also mid tier at best, not enough equipment to handle the amount of people going. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
UPDATE: They just charged a fee of $60 that they don’t tell you about. I cancelled my subscription a month ago and they’re still siphoning money out. Do not go here.

God this place sucks... Unorganized mess and you can expect 3-4 broccoli haired high school kids huddled around each machine playing on their phones literally any time of day or night.

Faculty switch the set of straight and curve bar weights for no apparent reason. The gentleman feel free giving a quick tap on the shoulder when intervening with them (09:45 P.M.). -Not a fan of.

Like many others, this gym has a great atmosphere with great people and a nice selection of equipment. That said, this gym will charge numerous fees with many not even making any sense. Good luck canceling as well as it is nearly impossible without going in to the gym as the App will not allow you to pay as it will say “deactivated” and yet will still rack up charges without you knowing. The monthly fee is a literal joke and is a complete lie. Don’t fall into the trap unless you are going everyday and staying active. Otherwise, have fun paying over 2 times the price plus hidden fees just to cancel. And don’t get me started with debt collections.

Been an on-off member here since 2011. Love this gym. Always getting better. Recently re-signed up and the silence and lack of music is so weird, the vibe is completely off. We need music please!

Horrible gym they will try to steal your identity, run a memership fee up and take zero responsibility for not checking ids. ?stay away.

The people at the front desk are wonderful, as are the amazing Zumba instructors, but the company is horrible. I have tried calling the manager for a week now (several times a day) because the company snuck in an “annual fee” of $60 after only a little over a month of time being there. They knew I just wanted to try out a couple of months, but when I canceled my membership, told me about the extra fee. Now, the manager is avoiding my calls and emails and leaving the front desk to deal with me and my frustrations. Terrible managerial customer service and sneaky business model.

Warning stay away. This gym will let anyone sign a membership contract and steal your identity without checking ID. That is how they are trained to sign memberships, then refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake and claim there's no district manager or cust service to receive proper assistance. They will run up a past due balance then send to collections. That's how these cheap gyms make money.
