“I can't believe this ampm only has 2 stars I work at the cracker barrel down the street and stop by there almost every night for the last four years now and the gentleman that works night there is the nicest person ever to me always and the lady that works during the day is so sweet as well it's such a pleasure everytime I'm there they treat me like a friend always happy to see me . I appreciate them for how they treat their guests .”

“This is a few months late, but I lost my debit card and called the store to see if they could locate it. The employee, manager or owner (not sure), named Andre, immediately picked up and I was surprised not to be rerouted to an automated service. Andre spent a considerable amount of time helping me by looking through their lost and found and reviewing security camera footage. He went back and forth and continued checking their footage for about 20 mins with me! He was very gracious, kind, and didn't get impatient or angry. It was about 3:30pm on a weekday, and I'm sure it was getting busy. As it turns out, I had dropped my card in my car and felt like a COMPLETE moron and felt so bad wasting his time. Despite my blunder, he was very compassionate about the situation and seemed happy for me at the end. I was greatly helped by his professionalism the entire time. Thank you very much, Andre!”

Been my family’s favorite known quick stop since I’ve moved to rocklin in 2000 know employees by names and they always ask how my family is and are very friendly. New faces but I hear the person managing it is Sunny, a long term employee who is + in my opinion a good human being that exercises manners and respect . So my latest visit determined it is still a clean and safe store that I would recommend.”

“Ok! I had to stop at this Quik Stop to air up my tire. Well it ended up to be a 2 HR wait for roadside assistance. Now I'm going to tell you that the store I knew from my first ever visit there was not good. Never went back! However, the store I was stuck at for 2 hrs has fantastically, drastically, 100% improved!!! They were so nice and helpful. And!!!!! The store was so clean!!! Just beautiful in comparison!! I met Kara, the manager, she was very kind and I could see how professional she was. I'll be returning here to this store for all my quick stop needs!! Great job Kara!! Thank you again!!!”

“I had used the Rocklin CVS Pharmacy for years until I ran into a young female behind the counter who obviously didn't want to be there. Thinking her snarky attitude was a one time glitch in her personality I soon realized, nope, that was her lifetime flaw. I switched pharmacies to another local center only to discover this must have been where she had been trained - everyone there was distrustful, bland and obviously just waiting for an opportunity to go home. So, I went back to CVS in hopes THE young woman was gone. Im now back at Rocklin CVS and all I have left to say is, "There's no place like home!"”

“Driving thru Rocklin and need gas, gas prices were higher to 7/11 across the street, but shell had everything i needed. I got coffee, hot breakfast, and the store was so clean inside and out, especially the bathroom! They got this new careash that was awesome, and very clean inside as well. Best gas station for overall service”
“Let me just say this. This gas station used to be the one I and others avoided because it was not run well and not maintained. The new owners have done an amazing job at remodeling the store, obtaining a new liquor license, and having great customer service. They have earned my continued business over other convenience stores at a time where great customer service is not so common anymore!”

“I get my 90 day prescriptions now through Walgreens per my insurance providers rules.I have had not so great experiences going into the store.When I saw I had the option to get my rx delivered to my house at no extra charge I opted for that.Fantastic service! Rx arrived quickly and great service. I will use this service now more often!”
“I want to give kudos to Eric, the store manager, for assisting me with a medication that was delivered to FedEx at this location. I asked if I could pick it up at the pharmacy drive up window. I am mobility limited and this would be a great help to me. Eric quickly responded that he would make sure the meds were available to me at the window. His very kind demeanor was a blessing. I only gave 4 stars to this location (Sunset Blvd, Rocklin) due to the fact that they don't provide motorized scooters for handicapped customers.”
