What a wonderful store. Too bad that you have to deal with the "snooty" owner. She has her own rules and methods that make the experience unpleasant. She turns a wonderful experience into a disappointment.

I visited the Bead Gallery yesterday for my first time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies, one being the owner. They had a beautiful selection of beads, gold filled/ sterling silver findings/chain, and crystals. This place was absolutely wonderful, the prices were great, they had everything I needed, coupled with a very kind and knowledgeable staff, You bet I will be returning!!!! I highly suggest all beaders shop here... DEFINATELY 5 stars

Wow! What a store! The minute I walked in, I was in bead heaven. And the owner was so very helpful. I'm new to beading and she answered all my questions and helped me make sense of some things. I will definitely be back. Awesome place!

Service was lacking as they were going out of business the selection was very limited. Felt more like a flea market than a bead shop. The prices were not that great and other places have a better selection and better pricing. There was also someone there claiming racism when it clearly was not. Felt sorry for the worker dealing with a women that was being destructive and when asked to be careful they claimed it was racism.

Let's start by saying that the lady at the register was really nice. They just didn't have much of what I was looking for. I was looking for natural gemstones like amethyst and moonstones. They did have a lot of beautiful lamp work glass beads. Very beautiful! I can't speak for pricing because I didn't see what I wanted but I think the lamp work beads were about average prices. If that's what you want they do have beautiful focal beads.

We had so much fun at Bead Gallery! While my MIL was visiting she wanted to do a little bead shopping so we searched Yelp for some places and found this gem. They had so many beads! When we walked in the staff greeted us and made sure we knew how to use the price marked bins to keep track of any beads we wanted to buy. They have loose, single beads and jewelry accessories in the middle and strings of beads all over the walls. It was so fun seeing all the different colors, materials, sizes and designs. I fell in love with a few strings of beads and had to get them to make bracelets. My MIL also found some great beads that she loved and will be taking home to Ohio. We made sure to pick up some sting as well so I could make my bracelets right away and I plan on wearing them all the time. We heard they also do some events and classes here and they put updates on their Instagram. If I ever need beads, this will be the first place I check out.

First time in and I had to catch my breath! Wall to wall beads arranged in an easy to see fashion. Went to buy beads for my granddaughter - I knew nothing. Got a little education and a big assortment of “puka” shells and trinkets. Great shopping experience .

WOW! Huge store and so many types of beads. I was so excited to find this place the other day when I needed to add to my seed bead collection since I got back into making more Santa Claus earrings as gifts this year. I will definitely be back!

I went into the Bead Gallery to buy a couple of bead findings to repair several pairs of earrings. I was so pleased to see the vast amount of bead supplies this store carries. However, I was most pleased with the expertise of an older employee. Her knowledge of stones and her creativity was boundless. She even showed me how to change my clip on earrings to pierced. It was not easy to do, but she devised a way of using two findings together creating a new purpose for them. It was so nice to see a store that values knowledge and experience over youth and beauty of their employees. I was disappointed to hear that she only works on Sunday. Owners of the Bead Gallery: you have a gem here that should be utilized! I came in for a few items and left your store spending $200 just before payday. I am anxious to bring my friends next Sunday (after I get my monthly check) to spend even more of my money.
