Avoid coming to this smoke shop unless you want fake products, refused to give me a refund or even exchange for elf bars that are fake, they rip you off and don’t have good customer service will never support this smoke shop ever again go to shoti’s on van buren by flat top for good service and real products! :)

being a cigar smoker I have had good and bad, I have a problem when I pick up a cheap cigar and its hard as a rock, might be because of the makeshift humidor. But don't tell me its because it a cheaper cigar! thats what I smoke everyday....

This place is a hideaway , you can see it by Dunkin' Donuts on Van Buren by Dauchy st. Owner and his people are truly nice. Get your smoke on needs there... Lighters, incense, cigars, smoking pipes etc.

Same vape coils I get the Raj's smoke shop on Indiana cost $37 with tax!!! At Raj's they are $20 out the door. This place over charges by A LOT!

Britney and the owner knowingly sold me fake vapes. The one on the left is fake from tobacco leaf and the one on the right is real one which I had to go buy from Shoti’s. The owner told me he buys in bulk from china which is a complete lie. They refused to give me a receipt or refund. That’s theft and they need to be exposed as thieves!!

So called manager and employee are very rude and place needs to have some classes in customer service!! Will nit ever go back after treated so bad and others have stared the same problems! Very rude and yelling at customers

I went into the store 3 days after Valentines day to return/exchange a lighter my wife bought. I pushed the button twice to light it and it broke. The female employee who identified herself as the manager but refused to give her name told me too bad but it was my problem and there are no refunds or exchanges. I explained it was defective and asked her name, she refused, telling me she didn't have to tell me anything. she started yelling at me and told me to get out saying F*** you to me. She said i needed to leave immediately because I was creating a disturbance, I was talking calmly and in a normal tone of voice. I invited her to call the police and she became even angrier. after several more requests for her name in which she becoming increasingly hostile, I left. terrible way to run a business, and the way she spoke to me over a $19.95 lighter was unbelievable. buyer beware, this place is the worst I think I've ever shopped at in my entire life.
