This is the 3rd daycare I’ve enrolled my girls in. I will not ever enroll them in any other daycare provider. Since enrollment, Diana, School Director has been phenomenal. Every request for my child’s care, she has always relayed it to her team. For example, I am fostering to adopt one of my girls and requested for the team to call her the we call her versus her legal name. Of course all documentation is in her legal name but the fact that Diana and her team now calls my baby the name we call her brings me so much bliss. Daniella, Assistant Director, is amazing with treating every child as if they were her own. I am so grateful for Kindercare because I always feel heard and seen as a parent, and I can focus on my work knowing that my girls are in loving and attentive care.

I went in for a tour me thinking it was going to be a full on 30 min an hour max so I can get full on information about how they run the place ,how the kids are fed etc etc , and important questions like camera assecibility for parents and they ignored those questions, I literally took more time walking there than the tour I was less than 5 minutes there :/ so rushed and force to like get out of there sketchy and seemed very unprofessional, all she did talk to me and care about was money part , so it did not convince me at all . Wouldn’t recomend at all .

They say online that they offer part time and drop in care. "Everybody's schedule is different." Yet when I called they say full time is the only option and is mandated weather my kid is there or not. It's frustrating because not everyone needs 5 full days of daycare or has $1200+ to give up when it's not necessary. I just hate that the website lied and gets people excited and invested only to be told no in person

Bus driver drove on the other side of traffic with kids on the bus, to get to the elementary school. I would not trust my kids to be bussed to school by these people.

This center has truly been a home away from home for my children. My kids have been attending since they were infants and with all the normal changes of staffing and the unexpected changes from COVID this location has remained true to the children, families, and community. While some of the faces are fairly new, the teachers do an exceptional job with caring for the children and communicating with me making sure all my needs are met and then some. The management team is a godsend. Ms. Emily has created such a warm and welcoming environment that goes past customer service. She truly takes the time to bond with the children and has even done the same with both my husband and I. My children have also learned so much while attending kindercare, my two year old can count to 20 and is already fully potty trained thanks to his amazing teachers! My four year old can already read his site words on his own and writes his first and last name with ease. If you're in search of more than childcare and you're looking for a loving, nurturing, educational environment THIS IS THE PLACE!!

While dropping my own kids off, I saw the kindercare bus drive on the opposite side of traffic trying to bypass the drop off line. There were kids in the bus, and they drove on the opposing side traffic. I would not trust my kids to be bussed by them.

I want to let everyone know about my personal experience with kindercare. (Jurupa Valley location)..My son was only 18months I needed a reliable childcare. I was sceptical about leaving my son with just anyone. Right after the first week looking i my sons actions I saw he was happy to be there. I thank all the staff for always communicating with me and answering any questions I had. My son loves coming here. I love it becauseI noticed its more than a care facility, its also educational. He is learning without knowing it. Ms. Emily and Ms. Daniela work good as leading the team with the staff keeping everything disinfected and clean during this pandemic. That's a big realiver for me.

Update: Kindercare was great with our kids but up until we decided to leave since my fiancé would be a stay at home mom we had a credit in our account! Once you put in your two weeks it takes two weeks to return your credits in your account. This was in February we received no call and called around the end of march informed us we would be receiving a lesser amount than it was originally currently still waiting to get this matter resolved since we have paid $800 this included tuition up front went through corporate and still nothing taking these matters with paper work of proof to BBB would not recommend here. The staff was amazing with our kids but the business money hungry aspect of it would not recommend go somewhere else if you don't want to burn holes in your pockets!!!

My fiancé recently posted about kinder care services I am adding on to say on top of their lack of calling and providing my credits in our account their customer service sucks!! I was told by tawnie one of their customer service employees that "I am afraid to handle what I need to handle" (she was referring to my threat to go to the BBB) I have submitted my complaint to BBB and maybe they will change how they treat their PAYING PAYING PARENTS! Oh and update your statements so parents can have a clear understanding they payment on months are back dated for two months prior ridiculous!!

My Son has been going to KinderCare for the past three years he absolutely loves it. He doesn't like staying home when I m off he rather go to school and the staff at KinderCare are awesome.

My son has been attending the KinderCare on Limonite for 3 years now, He loves going and asks to go even when he doesn't have too. Great communication and his homework is always done by the time we have to go pick him up. Love it...Laurie
