Super bad. I bought balloons and other items, i paid and then Krystal made me wait to charge other customers behind me to then blow the balloons. If I was there first and I paid first I expect to be out of there first.

Went right in tonight july 16 T 755pm I been going to this store 4 5 years it’s a lot of new hires an I understand that but let’s be clear it been the same management Sence I been living over here he’s very nice but the staff is trash tell me y I counted 19 time the guy followed me on the isles in the store fluffy hair tall looks like shaggy do so I said something wen I went to the front to pay 4 my items low an behold here he comes again so I said I don’t appreciate being followed throughout the whole entire store. There were other customers you didn’t follow Manager but you continue to follow me and my daughter he he reply I was looking for a pregnancy test now u no like I no ain’t nohe reply I was looking for a pregnancy test ain’t no Oregonian test on the hair aisle I’m truly disappointed in the store hires do better the ones who steal you will never catch them u too bizzy watching me they walk right in an walk right out not shop goofyeeeeeeeee

Have never been to a family dollar before. 1st and last time I will go. I know this is probably only this location, but it was.not a good experience.Pros: Good prices and the 3rd party company restocking the shelves was a delight. She was so welcoming.Cons: the employee working seemed like I was bothering her. Asked for a price on an item that was too big to bring to the front and she said I don't know. I politely said thank you. Then asked about something small and close she said I don't know. I walk to her handed it to her and she checked. I asked how long they store has been there she said I don't know I am new. If she was even 10% welcoming then I would go back. In her defense though, something catastrophic could have happened to her personally. She was texting and looking at her phone. Even mid ringing me up.
