I switched from att to cricket on another store then i realized my hotspot wasn't working and was included on my plan, so i desided to go to this store i told the lady my hotspot issue as well i told her i think i need a new phone because maybe mine is not compatible, so i purchase the stylus 5G 2022 and the lady wich had her manager on the phone all this time sold me the stylus 2023 then the mannager via phone told me the stylus 2023 is better triying to push it into me when i dint want it if you google stylus 5g 2022 vs the 2023 you will see what im taking about storage wise and camera... so they finally exchange for the phone i wanted i felt drained after almost 3 hrs there.I contacted support because the stylus 2022 hotspot wasnt working eather so they some how activate that feature and it worked on my original phone note 20, so i told them if i could exchange it and they told me yes but at the same store so i went there again and the mannager flipped on me over the phone of course because if she was in the store none of this would happen and i would get the help i needed but the mannager was very incompetent blaming the first exchange wich wasnt my fault to begin with on me and screaming on the phone probably because i contacted support she mentioned not to go to the store as if i had any other option that day. Save some time and go to another store where the sales person its more knowledgeable keep in mind this store its new and it shows...
