Went to replace my tires and Terry had it done by the afternoon. I went back later because I felt my alignment was off, and Terry took another look at my bike even though he didn’t have to. They are not a big shop so bear with them, but they offer decent prices and genuinely want to help. Overall a very positive experience. I trust these guys with my bike and yall should too

Terry always took care of any problems i had with my 14' Gsxr 750. Dudes a stud, and fast, does quality work. l can't give 5 stars cause although he's the best in the business, he will nickel and dime you to death. For example, if you needed a screw, a cheap screw for something, he would charge you for it. No matter how many times I've used him. Even for the smallest thing, he's always charged. And by small. I mean, yes, he charged me for a screw. But overall, he's the best. Just be sure to bring your wallet

I came across this small independant shop calling for a quote to lower my bike. see im a short rider and needed to feel more comfterable while riding. terry was a big help when calling for a quote, and made me feel very welcoming when calling. ive called several places before hand and decided to go with cha cha cha motors to get my bike lowered. the price was very reasonable and terry is extremely friendly.upon arriving i had an amazing expirience with terry. he wasnt trying to upsell me or get me to buy other services. he genuinly wanted to get me the best part for my bike and provide the service i came there for. gave me a quick tour of the shop and services they provide.when it came to lowering my bike, he was very comunicative and assured me of any worries i may have. amazing guy to do buiness with! i received my bike and he gave me some pointers on what to be aware of when owning a bike. i am a new rider so he was very helpful on that end as well.i had an amazing expirience here and would highly recommend to my friends! will be coming here for any future work that my bike will need. really glad i came across this little independant shop!thank you terry and his technician for amazing job!

I'm not sure what happened with Terry (business owner), but I don't appreciate his financial exploitation or his questionable work ethic. It just goes to show you just never know with some people. I paid for work that was never approved of and likely wasn't even ever done. He claimed to have swapped my aftermarket triple-tree off, then back on again. I was charged for that procedure, as well as the labor of taking the fairings on/offn which he claims was done 2-3x. I didn't approve of any of this work. On top of it all, he cut my tail fairing in such a way that I can no longer mount a light (labor not approved). He also lost the tail light assembly. I picked the bike up partially assembled: missing tail light and no intake tubes. I essentially paid $1100 for him to take off frame sliders and swap over my track to street fairings- of which a literal hack job was performed. I also believe the shop cracked my rearsets, but there was no mention of them being cracked. I towed the bike home from the shop and didn't go over the bike before loading it on the flat bed ($450 lesson). The way he hits you with the bill is by pumping the labor rate up, then slowly whittling away at it thru negotiation; that way you're left feeling like you received a deal, when in fact you have not. My last 2-3 visits were like this. The bill will be 2x what you expect it to be; then you exchange some banter while he gauges your ability to negotiate. It's bad form and not something someone should have to go thru. It's shady business practice. Bring your bike here at your own risk!
